:: GENERAL RULES 1. All members must be at least 18 years of age. 2. BetAllSport's games are played over the Internet which reaches virtually every country in the world. Some of these jurisdictions have not addressed the legality of Internet gaming, while some have specifically made Internet gaming illegal. In practical terms, it is impossible for BetAllSports to determine the state of the law in every country around the world on an ongoing basis. Therefore, by clicking the "Submit" button, you are acknowledging that you have determined what the laws are in your jurisdiction, and that it is legal for you to place a bet via the Internet, and for BetAllSports to receive your bet via the Internet. 3. Only one (1) account allowed per person, per household unless authorized by the management. 4. Withdrawals via credit card requires a one time faxing of the front and back of the credit card and a piece of identification (this is a fraud prevention measure). 5. Promotional credits/bonuses can be used for wagering purposes only. All bonuses are subject to our bonus policies as outlined here. 6. Minimum wager on sporting events is ($5.00) dollars, if placed over the internet, $50 if placed over the phone. 7. Management also reserves the right to cancel any wager made on an obviously "bad" line due to data transfer error. BetAllSports.com will attempt to notify all customers by E-mail, or the customers selected method of notification prior to canceling any wagers. 8. All Customer claims must be brought to management's attention no later than (1) one week from the day the wager in question was placed. No claims will be honored after this period. 9. Any postponed and/or rescheduled sporting events will constitute a No Action Wager, and money will be credited back to the account. 10. Management keeps track of all wagers, point and /or price changes made prior to the start of an event by computer to help minimize errors and to aid in fairly settling disputes. 11. No Correlated Parlays. (i.e. Atlanta -3 in the first half parlayed to Atlanta -6 in the game on the same parlay ticket). Another example of a correlated parlay is parlaying the same individual in two seperate matchups, for instace Tiger Woods vs. David Duval, parlayed to Tiger Woods vs. Fred Couples, these parlays are correlated and will result in the wager being graded no action. 12. BetAllSports.com does not report winnings of individuals to any government agencies. It is the responsibility of each member to report any income from wagering to their respective government agencies where it applies. 13. For player propositions and matchups, players listed MUST PLAY for action (take the field for football, take the ice for hockey, take court for basketball etc), if a listed player does not play, then all bets will be refunded. For baseball props, players "MUST START" for action. Both players + listed pitchers must start game for action.  :: INTERNET WAGERING 1. The Customer must log in using their Personal Account username and password before they may wager or access any account information. 2. It is the Customers responsibility to keep their password secure. All wagers placed in the account will be binding. Passwords can be changed online by the Customer at any time. 3. Each wager must be confirmed using the Customers wagering initials. If a wager has not been confirmed, it will not be entered in the account. 4. It is in the customers best interest to always review his wagers to be sure that they are correct immediately after placing them. 5. It is the Customers responsibility to review their wagers after each play, or before logging out to make sure all bets are correct. If the Customer has made a mistake entering a play, the play may be deleted if: a. The mistake is reported no more than 15 minutes from the time the wager was placed. b. The wagered event has not begun. c. The line or odds on the event have not changed.  :: TELEPHONE WAGERING 1. The Customer must give their Personal Account Number and initials before they may wager or access their account information. 2. All conversations will be recorded, any discrepancies that arise shall be resolved by the use of the recording and wagers will be adjusted accordingly. 3. After wagers are placed by the customer and entered into the computer by the sports operator, the customer shall wait for the final read back. Once the read back is confirmed by the customer giving their Personal Account Number, and the phone call terminates, all wagers are final. 4. It is the customers responsibility to listen carefully to the final read back. The final read back is what the customer is confirming to be the proper bet(s).
