| SportsInteraction burns another player 12/05/03 |

Hello: After reading various sportsinteraction complaints and dissatisfactions through sportsbook review, I'd like to add another. The abridged version of this story is as follows: On Oct 20, 2003, I withdrew $400 from my sportsinteraction account. It was supposed to be a 4 business day transaction and deposited directly into the checking account that had originally funded the wagers. Today is now the 5th of December and my withdrawal still has yet to arrive. One of the sites supervisors, Walmsley, claims that the banks zipcode was rearranged with my checking account number. Another associate claims the withdrawal was processed successfully. I am extremely dissatisfied with this site, as I am sure many others are. Add this complaint to your list of SIA mishaps. Thanks, and keep up the great work on sportsbook review. DG***
******************************************************************** I am a fool. I should have taken more note of the information contained in SBR but I did not. Foolishly I bet with SportsInteraction.... After so many warnings I should have known better. On October 27th I bet on San Diego against Miami. Hearing about the fires that were devestating the area and the change of game venue I emailed SIA to find out if the bets would stand. I got a reply by email an hour later saying that all bets were void. No problem I thought and placed the bet elsewhere where there were better odds. On reviewing my SIA account I found that the money had not been returned to my account so I emailed SIA to find out why and was told that the bet had lost. Many emails later I was told that despite my email from them telling me the bet was void, the bet would stand (after all it was a loser, what if it had won, do you think it would have stood then.) The matter was closed said a final email from them. I tried to call them but their phones weren't working.... Again. It gets worse. I decided to make a withdrawal from my account on the 30th October and was told that I needed to send a copy of my card through. This despite making several deposits and withdrawals with no problem in the past. I sent the information and waited. A week later, nothing so I wrote again and was told that I needed to send my registration details. I did. I waited. A week later no reply. I wrote again. No registration details. I phoned up and spoke to a couple of their staff. Whilst on hold I heard that 'we make the fastest payout of any bookmaker turning your withdrawal around within a day." I spoke to one of the managers who told me to email her my details direct so I did. I had a reply that said the details had been recieved on the 14th NOvember. I sat and waited. Today, 21st November, I phoned again. 'Sorry sir, I have on my file dated 17th November that your registration details have not been recieved..' Naturally I was a little annoyed. Not only had I got a letter saying that the information had been recieved but they did not bother emailing me to say that it apparently had not been. It seems to me that if SIA can't afford to pay me a couple of hundred pounds, you lot don't stand a chance. ANy advice on what I can do now? **** ***
