Just my current experience. I made a withdrawal request in early
September, and never received anything. No emails, no FedEx with the
check. I called them to ask if anything was processed, they claim my
account was frozen due to an audit and that I would have to submit
photos of my Credit cards, or card cancellation statements and driver's
license info for all my credit cards since the beginning of the account
(which was around 5 years ago). This is a task that was not easy, to
locate old cancelled credit cards from 5 years ago. I submitted
everything, and received an email that I withdrawal was finally being
processed, (which was November).
I waited two weeks more for my check to arrive, and it had not. I once again called finding out what happened, and they said they were missing an expiration number to my current credit card and that was what was holding the withdrawal up. (the ridiculousness of this was that, I submitted a photo of this very credit card not once, but twice to them, and they acknowledged it each time, because the first time they could not make out the scan). So now, they claim, the info was re-submitted again, and I need to wait. I requested a withdrawal in early September, tomorrow will be December, and I still have not received anything. I have noticed it recently, but Sportingbetusa is definitely deteriorating compared to the past, and I dont know if I'm going to get screwed out of this money too.
