SIA delay tactic

I've had an account w/ sportsinteraction.com for about 1.5 years now. Recently I requested a withdrawal to Neteller, and they tell me that I need to register my credit card before they release my money. Putting aside that I've already registered my card over a year ago, I decided to follow their instruction and go to their "registration page". When I logged in, it told me that I don't have any cards requiring registration (as I thought)! When I e-mailed them back, they told me that they're sorry, but I still need to register my card before they release my money. When I wrote back that they won't LET me reigster the card, I got no response. So today I decided to fax in my registration info--of course, I haven't heard anything from them and continue to wait for my money--10 days since the initial request. I'm lucky if they respond to any of my e-mails--maybe 1 out of 5. Any help or guidance you can provide is appreciated. I understand the registration deal, and I'm trying to comply but their stupid system won't let me!
