While SBR normally reserves RUN! List placements for books near collapse or outright scams, SBR will make an exception in this case as the line between incompetence and outright thievery has blurred.

SBR originally downgraded SIA to the Black List on May 29th, 2002. The level of player complaints SBR now receives on SIA has reached unprecedented and alarming levels. Also, the seriousness of complaints has increased from slow pays, incompetence and poor customer service to scamming players.

In SBR's opinion, this operation needs immediate management changes if it is to survive. Players should attempt to recover any balance currently on deposit.
