| Player account confiscation for rule violations has caused
and threatens to cause terrible damage to the online sportsbook industry. In the past, account confiscations were unheard of until NASA confiscated and eventually stiffed a prominent US player for $500,000. However, lately this dishonest and corrupt procedure has created a growing lack of confidence among players that threatens the industry. Starting with SportsInteraction's recent confiscation several other smaller books have followed suit Sportsbook Review's policy on account confiscations:
The sportsbook can prove by way of a 3rd party confirmation that the initial deposit was fraudulently made.

A sportsbook may confiscate the bonus of any
player PRIOR to the bonus being earned out for a legitimate rule
violation or if the sportsbook closes the account for any reason. However,
once the bonus has been earned out, in accordance to the rules, it can
not be confiscated for ANY reason. A sportsbook may confiscate winnings that were made by way of breaking a rule such as bets over the limit, multiple accounts, ect. However, the book must honor all winning bets that were made up to the stated limits even if a rule violation occurred that caused a forfeiture of an amount above the stated limits.
We will Black List or RUN! List sportsbooks involved in ANY and all other unjust confiscation cases.
