Main Rules
- ANY TIME WAGER Sportsbook reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager prior to its acceptance.
- Minimum bet $5 via the Internet. Maximum Wager is at the discretion of the supervisor.
- All sporting events must be played on date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified. If any event is postponed and/or rescheduled, said event will automatically constitute "no action".
- Winners and losers are official after:
- Football (Pro-College) 55 min. of play
- Basketball (Pro) 43 min. of play
- Basketball (College) 35 min. of play
- Hockey (Pro & American) 55 min. of play
- Other Sports (w/time limits) Must Have < 5 min. of play left
- Baseball (home team winning) 4 1/2 innings
- Baseball (visitor winning) 5 innings of play
- Baseball (total runs wagers home winning) 8 1/2 innings
- Baseball (total runs wagers visitors winning) 9 innings
Note: After 9 innings of play, if the game is called or suspended the score is determined after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score when the game is called. The listed pitchers must start or there is "no action."
- All event and game winners are determined on the date of the events conclusion according to house rules and conditions. ANY TIME WAGER Sportsbook does not recognize suspended games, protest and overturned decisions for wagering purposes. [Exceptions: see baseball.]
- When wagering on "totals," overtime periods are counted as a final score.
- On half-time wagers, overtime periods are included as part of the 2nd half.
- The home team is always listed as the bottom team unless otherwise specified.
- All phone wagering calls will be recorded and used to settle all wagering disputes.
- ANY TIME WAGER Sportsbook reserves the right to "add, delete or change" house wagering rules and payoffs odds.
- Management keeps track by computer of all wagers, point and/or price changes made prior to the start of an event to help minimize errors and aid in fairly settling disputes. For Phone Wagers: in all cases of a dispute the tape recording of the transaction shall serve as the final determination of the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Read back is final.

Nevada Gaming Rules apply to any rule or type of wager not covered by rules and regulations herein.

ANY TIME WAGER Sportsbook is a foreign company and as such is neither required, nor does it report the winnings of individuals who bet with the sports book to any government agencies, and therefore, it is the sole responsibility of its members, if applicable, to report any winnings to their respective government Customs or Taxation departments.
No parlays are allowed on props or matchups.
ANY TIME WAGER Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel wagers that are placed past the post time or because of computer errors.
All correlational bets are automatically cancelled.
Payout and Wagering Rules: Straight Plays, Parlays*,Teasers
Baseball Baseball wagers will be accepted in the following manner:
- Payout odds are based upon a money-line.
- Both Specified Pitchers: a wager that specifies both starting pitchers, any variation constitutes "no action." The starting pitcher for each team, for wagering purposes, is he who throws the initial pitch.
- A pitcher is deemed the starting pitcher after throwing one pitch.
Hockey Payoffs
Wagering on hockey is done by laying or taking goals and money odds:
(-) minus indicates the favorite
(+) plus indicates the underdog
Example:
Kings -1/2 -1.20 Bruins +1/2 Even
Player lays 1/2 goal and wagers 120 to win 100 on the Kings
Player takes 1/2 goal and wagers 100 to win 100 on the Bruins

Straight Line Payoffs (Football and Basketball)
Member wagers 110 to win 100 unless otherwise specified.
Parlays*
Baseball and Hockey Baseball and Hockey parlay odds are determined by combining the individual money-line odds for each bet comprising the entire parlay wager. The details of the formulas are available in the help screens: Baseball Parlays and Hockey Parlays. These screens will also appear when you are on the parlay screens and click the context-sensitive HELP icon in the top frame.
Football and Basketball
- 2 Teams pays 13/5 Member wagers 100 to win 260
- 3 Teams pays 6/1 Member wagers 100 to win 600
- 4 Teams pays 10/1 Member wagers 100 to win 1000
- 5 Teams pays 20/1 Member wagers 100 to win 2000
- 6 Teams pays 40/1 Member wagers 100 to win 4000
- 7 Teams pays 75/1 Member wagers 100 to win 7500
- 8 Teams pays 100/1 Member wagers 100 to win 10000
- In case of no action or tie, parlay is reduced to next lowest number of plays.
- A parlay reduced to a single game becomes a straight bet.

- Any loss, constitutes a loss for the entire teaser wager.
- In the event of a tie in a teaser with 4 to 6 teams (excluding 7 and 10 point teasers), the teaser reverts to next lowest number of teams. Example: a 6 team teaser with a tie becomes a 5 team teaser, etc.)
- If there is only one win and the rest ties, the wager is a LOST
