The sportsbook provided SBR with a statement which generally addressed the disputes, though did not specifically delve into each particular claim. An AllYouBet (unrated) player reports payment feedback. The player tells SBR that he requested a $3,000 withdrawal on March 31st, 2012. On April 3rd, the sportsbook asked him to provide his ID documents. The player sent all requested forms of ID the same day. His documents were approved eleven days later. On April 12th, SBR published a newswire asking for AllYouBet feedback as four complaints of non-payment were on file. SBR will update this report.

A new AllYoubet (unrated) complaint has been submitted. An AllYouBet player who made €2,520 in deposits requested a €4,925 payment on March 21st. The player states that he has not been paid, and has provided all documents requested. AllYouBet has allegedly not answered the player regarding his payment status. AllYouBet is currently not responding to SBR. Players are advised to proceed with caution at the unrated sportsbook; currently four player payment complaints are on file.

The players are owed approximately $8,000 via Moneybookers, with the oldest complaint dating back to the first week of March. AllYouBet players with payment feedback of any kind are asked to submit a sportsbook complaint form.

On 1/4, SBR reported that AllYouBet (unrated) confiscated a player's €50 deposit. The player resides in a country that AllYouBet does not accept registrations from, however, the software accepted the registration. The player was initially told that his country was restricted, and that AllYouBet's terms and conditions allowed for his deposit to be seized. On 1/5, the managing director of AllYouBet wrote to SBR stating that support made an error, and that the player would be refunded his deposit.

AllYouBet (unrated) confiscates a player's €50 deposit. In late December, an AllYouBet player deposited €50. The player is Bulgarian. AllYouBet wrote the player stating that residents of his country are restricted from operating AllYouBet accounts, and that his deposit would not be returned to him.
