Comments: I am delighted that IAS has now been upgradced from a D+ to C but still feel that it deserves a lot higher. The lines offered were competitively priced (particularly baseball). Customer service was superb and very caring - I'm from the UK and did not understand at first the difference between the pitcher/no pitcher rule when betting on baseball games but this was explained to me patiently and expertly on the live chat service. I also rang and emailed them several times on various issues with a satisfactory response each time. The bonuses were good and provides a good incentive to wager with them. The website is easy to use and has a good feel to it. However, the most important factor is the speed of withdrawal - I asked for a cashout and it was in my neteller account within 10 minutes - this is certainly Instant. There are a couple of minor issues that I have informed the company about (one is a small problem of the screen doubling up on the wager area when you have timed out and then re-log in and the other is that the wagering rules for bonuses seem to be different under the rules/banking payout) but customer service has said that they will sort this out. I have signed up with many sportsbooks but this is the only one where I felt truly comfortable with, particularly due to the fact that a players main concerns - safety and payouts and customer service send out a good aura.
