Comments: An A was the highest rating available. They are really an A+++ book. I have accounts at several of the upper tier books and they don't even compare to Hollywood. Pinnacle has a 10 cent line compared to hollywood's 14 cent line, BUT hollywood is 107 on everything, quarters, halfs, totals, and sides. And 107 is what you get. Very little juice manipulation like Pinny is so famous for, its usually -107,-107 not -119, +109. I just requested a sportsbook transfer on some of my funds to take advantage of a bonus offer, and they were unbelievably courteous and helpful. The money was out of my hollywood act and into Olympic within an hour and a half. An incredible experience, Hollywood will be my primary book from now on.

Comments: ?Warning! AVOID Hollywoodsportsbook!!
There are many good sportsbooks out there, but in my experience hollywoodsports isn't among them. Watch out for these folks.
Back in July I made an initial deposit with a credit card. It was just a small account (500), to try them out. When I learned that they excluded credit card deposits from qualifying for a bonus, I decided not to play with them and withdraw my funds. It was mostly the feeling I got from dealing with them.
Won't go into details, but sleazy, to say the least.
Anyway, they advised me to withdraw through Neteller. At the time I was under the impression that their site would have a page for such withdrawals (as many sites do), but it didn't. I had never used a merchant number, and didn't understand their e-mailed instructions. Didn't matter. I decided to play this account against another, and ended up emptying it in that manner. Account balance: 0. End of
story. Or so I thought. - - Remember: credit card deposit, instructions (e-mailed) to withdraw through Neteller.
No activity in that account for five months.
Earlier this month I decided to give them another try, and made a deposit to hollywoodsportsbook
with Neteller. Hey, I learned how to use it after all. I just wanted to play with them for a week, and then withdraw the funds, win or lose.
When I requested my withdrawal, the real fun started. I couldn't withdraw the money to Neteller that I had deposited a week earlier through Neteller. Suddenly, they wanted me to follow the security protocol in place for credit cards! They also closed the account when I said I had a problem with
providing them with photocopies of my driver license, and credit card. Mind you, by this time I really don't trust these folks, and this IS the age of identity theft.
- - Deposit through Neteller - - Credit card protocols for withdrawing.
So... now I can't wager with the funds in that account, and I can't withdraw it either. I have told them that they may hold my money hostage, or even steal it, but they can't keep me from posting my experience with hollywoodsportsbook on one sports forum each day, until the money is back in my
Neteller account. This is the first of those.
(You should have heard their representative Victor Johnson on the phone with me. I thought I was talking to some mobster. "Do you want your money?! Do you want your money?!" (blackmail tone of
voice).)
Folks, I know this book comes with good recommendations (paid for?), but out of the many
sportsbooks that I have dealt with, I have never even come close to this type of total BS. This place is run by thugs. If you play with them, good luck. If not, do yourself the biggest favor: Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
There are many excellent sportsbooks out there, including canbet, pinnacle, tradesports, vipsports, the
greek, and betwwts.

Comments: I put some money here to check the place out. No bonus (my fault, I guess. I had assumed the 10% bonus I read about on sportsbookreview was good for credit cards as well). No promised polo or T-shirt for deposits of $500 or more (out of stock). I placed one bet and asked for a withdrawal, because by this time I had a bad taste about them. I was told to witdraw using their Neteller link. I inquired with a Neteller representative who said that a form should be available on the merchant site (i.e. hollywoodsportsbook). No such form is available. Upon further requests, Hollywood insisted that I only needed their merchant number. Back to Neteller I went, who told me the same thing as before. No withdrawal. I ended up losing the money after that, but if that was a learning fee to never return to hollywoodsportsbook I gladly paid it. Totally useless customer service, and quite a few untruths in a very short period.
In regards to Neteller, it sounds as if the Neteller representative, may have misinformed you. Once a merchant gives you their merchant code, withdrawal requests can be made from Neteller's website. Either a Hollywood rep, or a Neteller rep, should have better explained how to do this.
