Comments: The sign-up process was a breeze, but depositing money more than 1k requires me to go to Neteller and pay to a superbook.com. That was done, but reply from CS took hours, so was bonus. Then I referred a friend, and as usual, took ages to revert. And when they did, asked for our IDs, and upon receiving, claimed I can only get the bonus 7 days from my friend's deposit. After 7 days, they said they have to monitor our accounts somemore. And when I asked for a Payout, I was asked for a PIN which I never received in the 1st place. I then told them I didn't receive the PIN as well as for them to give it to me. And then they asked for verification, of which I gave. Then they said the ZIP code didn't match (I didn't even key in my ZIP code), so they asked for my bill. I sent them my bill, and now they open another ticket to update my address. After numerous emails and 10 days, not only did I not receive my referral bonus, I can't even get a payout. Side note - My friend has won and requsted for a payout 2 days ago (the website said neteller payout within 24-48hours) and is still waiting. Take my word, stay away!
