Comments: not once have i had trouble with this sports book been with them since their beginning they treat their clients like professionals honestly do not worry about this book otherwise i would not deal with them won lots and lost lots i send them what i can afford to lose not my life savings which is not much just give them a try you wont be disappointed honest

Comments: cust service and payouts are good. there selection however is awful. i dont know why they offer game totals on college bball but not 1st half or 2nd half totals. i would have stayed with them but there lack bball lines made me decide to stay with pinnacle

Comments: Had $400 stolen from me yesterday. I stopped using Carib long ago because of payout hassles and unfair casino practices. After receiving repeated promotional emails and a personal invite from (Nick) on October 29, I decided to send them $400. After a one hour delay, I was informed that they would be keeping my deposit as a settlement for an overpayment they supposedly sent me when I last used the site some 2 years ago. Their agent (Junior) will share no details on the date this supposedly occurred. He even had the audacity to tell me we're now even and encouraged me to deposit more money. Practices like this are what scare people away from off-shore sites. I'm going to get my money's worth one way or another. I promised Carib that they just stirred up a hell of a lot more than $400 worth of ill will and trouble! I need your help Bill before I take this to the next level.

Comments: I recently submitted a review for VIP for service not up ot my standards. As well I need to give credit where credit is due. I've been a 10 year customer of carib...why? No problems... 24hr customer service always available. Payouts? Anytime I request it and always completed in minutes. This is what people should look for in a sportsbook. Compare VIP vs. carib in customer service and payout promptness...you can't do it. I have experienced both books and VIP needs to take some lessons. For carib improvements I sugggest that they can add half time bets for non televised games. Other books offer and so should you. Also, the players picks feature is nice but limited, totals should also be included for player picks.

Comments: I see only one person name Mike has made a comment on CaribSports. I like to know what he's on. I have been a member just short of 10 years and have never and I mean never had a problem. He states it takes 2 hours to confirm a deposit how's about seconds when using Neteller or a credit card. How's about a few minutes for a withdrawal for Neteller. This sportsbook needs more reviews it's no doubt the best customer very very fast deposits and withdrawals like i said seconds and minutes I have NEVER NEVER not got a payout when requested. Mike has some issues.

Comments: If you make a deposit it takes two hours to get verified and you have to give them your social security number and driver's license number. Plus they have to call you up to confirm it's you which takes about an hour. I don't advise anyone to play there increased juice and sticky bonuses are the reasons not to step foot in that dump. This guy Jose who wrote he won there sounds like he was paid to write that up and probably even works there. Giving this book a B rating is like give Charles Manson 5 years for what he did, an outrage.

Comments: THIS IS THE WORST WEBSITE. THE CASINO'S ARE A PROVEN JOKE AND FRAUD. IF YOU WIN 50-100, YOU ARE GUARANTEED TO LOSE AT LEAST TWICE AS MUCH. IT IS SET ON THE HUNDREDS TO MAKE YOU LOSE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AT BEST, AND OTHER SITES BLOW THIS AWAY. I HAVE TOLD FRIENDS TO CLOSE THEIR ACCTS WITH THEM DUE TO THEIR PISS POOR HANDLING OF ALOT OF ISSUES. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD.
