BOOKMAKER PLAYER REVIEWS

I was tring to find a sportsbook that had a nice casino and poker room to play when i wasnt betting.  Bookmaker has a super sportsbook easy to understand and use.  There sign up bonus is a rip off you have to deposit $300 or more which they dont say on the front when they lure you in.  the poker room is ridiculious to figure out and the casino is a rip off.  played blackjack and out of 8 hands dealer had 21 twice back to back. best hand i got was a double down got a 17 and pushed the rest of the hands were garbage like there casino stay clear of that one or you'll be adding more money to your account.

If the trouble I went through trying to get my deposit bonus (which they never paid) is any indication of their level of service and ethics, then I almost feel lucky that I lost everything I deposited there, just so I won't have to go through the pain of making a withdrawal.

 

Also suspicious...I made a bet on a baseball game & one of the listed pitchers didn't start.  The game finished and my bet was graded as a loser ... I had to contact support to get the bet voided ... I wonder if that really was an accident, or standard practice for them to only void the bet if the bettor realizes it and contacts them?  A supposed A+ organization should know after the first pitch (let alone the 9th inning) that everything on the game is a no-bet.

Bookmaker does not deserve an "A" rating. Customer service reps are very incompetent. Reps cannot understand people that have been speaking english since they were born. I often have to repeat myself to reps that sound like they have been speaking english for less than a year. Information provided on the Bookmaker website is inaccurate or outdated. website states that max payout for moneygram withdrawals is $1500. When i called to request a payout the customer service rep said the max moneygram payout was $1000. The site advertises check payouts sent by fedex/ups. The customer service rep i talked to stated that Bookmaker does not send checks via fedex or ups. Yet fedex/ups withdrawals still appear as an option in the cashier page. There are little to no payout options for US players. Payouts are very slow (7-10 days just to process a payout then an additional 7-10 days for the player to recieve the funds). Highly rated sportsbooks should not be accepting deposits that exceed the amount they can payout. Bookmaker is suppose to be a sportsbook that accepts professional players yet their payout limits are worse than that of most recreational sportsbooks. Misleading information on the Bookmaker's website has caused my money to be hijacked. I would have liked to move my funds to a different sportsbook but i can only with a partial amount. I would have never made a deposit at Bookmaker if I had known that payouts are only made in small amounts and can take weeks to be made. Deposits are easy to make but withdrawals are a hassle. It has been a long time since Neteller and other e-wallet sites have stopped dealing with US players yet Bookmaker still uses this as an excuse for delayed payouts. Hopefully other gamblers will be able to read this review because it appears that player reviews are no longer being posted or worst CENSORED by sbr.

My experience with Bookmaker has been really bad.  I would not recommend them.

2. Failed to give me my sign up bonus.  Claimed that I have to call them within two weeks of signing up.  Shouldn't this be automatic?  Geez.

3. Failed to give me a referral bonus.  I tried calling them on 8 different occassions.  Gave me so many different run around it's unbelievable.  On one occassion, they tell me I have to wait 2 weeks after the person I referred has made the deposit before I can get a bonus.  It was 8 weeks after he's made his deposit and the guy is arguing with me that I should wait 3 more days.  Unbelievable.  When the person that I referred called in, they said that I have to call in.  When I call in, they tell me that the person that I called has to call in.  On one occassion, I call them with the person that I referred in the same room and he spoke to them and still no bonus.  I don't understand why they are willing to risk a bad reputation for a small bonus?   They've lost me as a customer and the person that I referred. 

 

And the bonus (aka Free Play) isn't what it's cracked up to be.  My brother made a deposit and got his sign up bonus.  He made a wager with the bonus and won.  He got to keep his winnings but the bonus disappears after that.  That is weak if you ask me.

 

Worst book I've ever experienced by far.  I am not sure how they got the high rating that they are getting.

I went to make a deposit and my account was locked. They told me I had a charge back on my credit card. I called my bank, reviewed my statement, and could not find any such thing. I called customer service and they gave me the run around. They wanted me to send a copy of my bank statement - yeah right!! They said I would have to send them $155 cash for them to open my account. THey would not let me speak to a supervisor no would they return my emails. I was a customer for five years and lost a lot of money. You would think they would like me to stay around. I left and I am now with Bet Jamaica.

when they transfered us from cris to bookmaker here in the united states i thought oh no here we go another book down, but i was totally wrong bookmaker has been great great customer service 4 payouts in last 4 weeks right on time and a new website which came out great.. thanks bookmaker...jg
