Comments: On November 2nd I made a deposit of $175 via Nexum echeck. By Nov. 5th (only four days since deposit) I managed to win a stagering $22,000 playing multi-hand Black Jack ($1,500 of that was from betting on football). Sounds unbelievable, but truely happened. On Monday, 11/6, I received a email from Nexum saying that my deposit was not processes due to "R04 Invalid Account Number." Mind you I have made at least $1500 worth of deposits thru this method (and lost) within the past few weeks. So the email goes on to say "the returned transaction will be forwarded for collection to Joseph Mann & Creed, a collection agency. To make payment arrangements of the amount above plus an administration fee of no more than $30, please call 1-888-849-1897 ext 301 or e-mail nexum@jmcbiz.com. Please allow two (2) business days before contacting the agency." Later that same day when I attempted to log into my Betus account I found that I was suspended. I called customer service and as usual got the run around as no one could give me a answer. I finally was transfered to "Dan" who identified himself as being from the Security department. Anyway Dan went on to say that since the transaction was returned all winnings from that deposit would be forfieted. I tried to explain that this must have been a error on Nexum's part as the transaction was processed and the checking account I used is valid and the only one I have. He didn't care, but funny thing is he was more then eager to tell me that I wouldn't have to worry about paying the $175 back to Nexum and that he would contact Joseph Mann & Creed and take care of it. My question is what if I had not won any money, would he have been so eager to pay the $175 for me. This was a shocking wake up call for me. Seems they are looking (or maybe making up) for any reason not to pay their customers. Did not read SPR's reviews and blacklists until after this whole ordeal. DO NOT TRUST!!

Comments: They are the LAST with the lines, sorry, no parlays in the morning, VERY DIFFICULT to track wager history, ALL funds locked (even your initial deposit) until 6X rollover. Their salespeople are aggressive and offer a big bonus. But, if they won't pay it, you are just donating your money to them. Overall assessment: They make it as difficult as possible for you to win and they have every precaution in place to make sure the house wins. In my opinion, if I know who to bet on and I pick'em right, it should be fair for me to win. With Betus.com, the house is going to win, and the house does NOT want to pay. There is a reason they are on SBR's AVOID list.
