Comments: TERMS OF USE SAYS WINNINGS WILL BE CREDITED TO THE CREDIT CARD USED WITHIN SEVERAL DAYS. NEVER HAPPENS. ALSO, WINNINGS ARE DELAYED FOR MONTHS. ADDITIONALLY,  E BROWN , MANNY AND THE REST OF THE C/S TEAM  HAVE NO CLUE AS TO  WHAT TO SAY TO  CUSTOMERS WHEN ASKED WHY THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED WINNINGS. FINALLY, SEVERAL TIMES WAS ASKED TO PLACE WINNINGS BACK INTO ACCOUNT SINCE THE DELAYS COULD TAKE MONTHS. 

Comments: worst site ever. if u lose they could care less. but if u win they close your account and site bonus abuse even though you played by their rules. payout took over 60 days.

Comments: This site isn't reliable. They use great bonus to attract players. when you play and win up to a certain amount, then you'll need to make a with dawl about half of the balance and leave the remaining amount in your account to coutinue playing. later on, if you are unlucky and lose all of the remaining balance, you 'll need to make a re-deposit. but your redeposit will come with the reload bonus automatically since their site states that 8% bonus on all re-deposite. at that time, if you play for a while and also win a lot and want to make another withdrawl, they'll close your account and give you a reason of "Bonus Abuse" even though you follow their site's rule. that is the same as how they closed my account.

Comments: The 1st withdrawal I had from them a month ago or so took a week. Then last week on Monday morning I requested a $25,000 payout thru Neteller and it was in my Neteller account on Tuesday around 6pm. The same thing this week. I requested a $20,000 payout thru Neteller on Monday morning and it was in my Neteller account Tuesday night. This is about a 1/2 day or so faster than their sister sportsbook SportingbetUSA. They also offer 8% reloads everyday w/ a 2x rollover. Only Bodog comes close to that combination of %bonus and rollover requirement. I'd probably rate them a B+ but rounded them up to A

Comments: Good quality customer service. The web site is kinda 1980's looking and somewhat challengeing to manuver in a pinch. The big draw back here is the wait after the win to leverage winnings on more bets that day/evening, I'm not sure if this bad business for both the book and the customer, or perhaps for the book on high dollar players. If I win 5K on the early game and can't get at my winnings to leverage more bets - who looses?
