I had a dispute on a wager that had been graded, spoke with customer service who tried to help me but allowed me to talk with a manager who listened to my complaint and explained betjamaica policy on why the wager was graded how it was.  A +++ sportsbook would recommend to anyone. 

Sunday Sep 16, 2007 12:45 PM Week 2 NFL - Bet Jamaica site goes down, all three phone numbers are busy and all week I waited for the last second to make my wager on some games.  Unable to wager.  Last year I had the same problem several times with Bet Jamaica, which is a shame because besides the site being down at key moments it is good.

I have requested three checks, I have gotten three checks $1,000+.  The entire process is rather unremarkable (done as it should be done).

 

Customer service is curt but very effective.

 

Overall, I give this book a good rating.  10 cent baseball lines, payouts in a flash, and a manageable site.
