Comments: Mainly a reload bonus problem. After last year's Super Bowl I withdrew $2000 leaving approximately $200 In my account. I was denied a reload bonus, because my last transaction was a withdrawal. That's not exactly true, as I made several small bets. To receive a new reload bonus, I needed to have a zero balance. I asked, if I had withdrawn all my money, then deposited 2000 this year would I have received a reload bonus? They said no. So only people with the zero balance receive a reload bonus? Yes, they responded. So, I have to lose everything to get a reload. No, they said. If I don't have to lose everything and I can't withdraw everything, how do I get to zero? They responded by saying "I don't know, good point." My brain started bleeding at that point so I hung up. Any answers? Anyone else with a similar experience? John.
Here are th relevant rules regarding Betgameday's bonus policy
Bonuses are issued for new money only, withdrawing and re-depositing money back into your account will not earn bonuses. Balance must be at 0 to qualify.
If your account shows a lifetime profit (Deposits - withdrawals - account balance = any negative number), you will not be eligible for a reload bonus. Only those accounts that currently have a positive lifetime number are eligible for a reload bonus.
So if you withdrew money, even if it was a year ago, you will no be entitled to a reload bonus. However, if you make a deposit, and lose those funds, then you might be entitled to a bonus on your next deposit.
