Comments: this website is unbelievably shit :-) they make 10 hour updates every two weeks to "improve their performance," and with every update they are getting slower. This website is down very often and i`m losing about 2000 Euro today cause the website is not available for one hour the third time this day. Even your 5 Pound Sterling Bonus isn't available since 2 month and 4 emails.

Comments: I really cannot believe that Sportsbookreview give Betfair an A+. I have so many problems with Betfair. Here are some of them: - they force me to give them a credit without interest (in the moment over 200 Euro) because they don't reduce risk in long term market when they calculate their provision. - the customer service have no idea how betfair calculate the accounts. In the end of 2005 I wrote to them with the problem above. They stopped the communication with me, because they need the time for other clients. In this emails they told me that they only take provision and a betfair account cannot move in minus. In march I just take away my money before teams was retired from Champions League and what happens? My account was in minus. The same person who told me 2 month before, that's impossible that the account can go into minus told me now, that it was because of losing with Champions League bets. They have now accepted (only after I show them that my account was in minus) that they make double subtraction from my account (risk + provision) but they just tell now, that they cannot change this. - they are very stingy. They just take a credit without interest from me, but don't offer to give me anything for this. F.e. they could offer me some Betfair Points, holidays points or something else. Also they give you only 4 holiday points per year and if you ask them if it will be possible to take an holiday point 1 week before they will add him to your account, they tell just no. - I had an ULEB-Cup game. The game ended 89:91 and because the first game was also won with 2 points from the other team it was played an overtime to determine the team for the next round. I had placed my bet to team who won 91:89 but they told that I have lost the bet. It's clear that the overtime wasn't played for this game (this game was decided). The overtime was played for advanve in the cup, but they just stay and tell me, that I have lost the bet. - they have some software errore with payment. I was not able to withdraw money from my accounts because system tell me that I cannot withdraw money to moneybookers because I have first to withdraw to neteller, but also (to the same time) I cannot withdraw money to neteller because I have first to withdraw to moneybookers. It tooks nearly 1 week for them to solve this problem. In general Betfair is a very stuborn company. Writing to customer service is just waist time, because they have no idea how their software works and will just stand on their position.

Comments: this website is down very often and the only thing you can do is to be astonished... :-) very often bets are not complemleted after 8 hours.....customer service told you very simply "We are the best in the the world"....if you don´t accept us please go away. I guess this is very lovely... lol.. a very f----ing site when you have problems with them

Comments: One of my favourite bookies. They were giving you a 20 euro bonus at your subscription, and their system of back/lay betting is great. Also they have got a large variety of betting types. My only blame is that they didn't answer me when I wrote an email to their support address. But when I asked them for a small cashout, they were fast and reliable.
