Comments: I can't believe what this site did to me. I made a total of $6,900 in deposits over a 6 month period and made a single $1,200 withdrawal over that same time frame. They offered $750 limits on each live in-running event and I lost a little over $4,000 in the 6 month period leaving me with approximately $1,700 left. After losing over $4,000 to them, they cut my limits from $750 down to a maximum of $37.50 (95% decrease in limits) depriving me of any chance of winning my money back. I have read several reviews that Bet365 cuts limits if you are winning too much but I have NEVER heard of any sportsbook TAKING YOUR MONEY and then cutting your limits by 95%. There is no justification for what Bet365 did and when I emailed them about it, I got a response back 3 days later saying the trading manager thought my business wasn't going to be profitable in the future. Bet365 is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE and I hope that this review reaches as many of their customers as possible. AVOID this sportsbook at all costs and SBR should seriously consider taking them off their recommended list.

Comments: These guys do whatever they want. You lose to them and they are happy - you win a couple of times and they close your account. I expect a lot more than that from an A+ site like Bet365. They in fact do not close your account they simply reduce you bet limit to $5 which has the same effect. Absolute rubbish - guys just so that you know that they are only here to win - if they lose they do not want you as a customers and they do not even have the curtosy to tell why ? Ignoring my emails etc... and the excuse that you get from customer service - "It is teh Risk manager decision" If you win you are a risk and if you lose you are fantastic customer. if taht is the A+ site of the eindustry then perhaps you should reconsider your rating mechanisn. Comments: i have been with bet365 for 3 years and they are a++++ for me i am a medium sized player, and there payouts are quick customer service is exellent there range of fixed odds betting is great ive had no problems recomended for medium sized players but not sure about professionals.

Comments: New design , which causes a lot of troubles, simply unmanageable. The old style was much better, and reviewable. There is an innovation in the play running bets : "To request a large bet, increase the Stake/To Win value and click Place Bet. The amount by which this figure exceeds Bet Max will be referred to a Trader" Yes will be referred, and the trader will decline from 30 attempts at least 29. And of course it doesn't protect from the usually bet $3.65 limitations. After you got your personal limit, they will not show to you this trader option, you can use only the bet max (which is 5-15€, as we know, hahaha) button. So, bet $3.65 is not a serius bookie, SBR's A+ rate is very overdid. My personal rate : C-

Comments: I LIKED THE SITE ... IT HAD A GOOD BONUS 50 MATCH PLAY 4 TIMES EVERY 10 BETTING DAYS ... BUT I GOT SCAMMED ON LIVE BETTING IN GOLF THE PLAYER I BET TO WIN THE RD JUST FINISHED AND THEY POST HIS ODDS AT +110 ... HE WAS TIED WITH ANOTHER PLAYER THAT WAS FINISHED. SO I TOOK IT I WAS LAYING 110 FOR THE REMAINING FIELD NOT TO CATCH THEM ... I WON BUT WON ONLY 5 DOLLARS ON A 100 DOLLAR BET THEY SIAD HE WAS TIED AND LOST HALF THE BET ... ANOTHER WORDS ANY ONE WHO MADE A BET ON EITHER OF THE 2 LEADERS COULD ONLY LOSE ... THEY DUPED ME GOOD AN I HAD TO SWEAT THE REST OF THE FIELD.

Comments: I was a member of this site for about a year and I was down over $10,000 at one point. I went on a lucky winning streak and got my way back to even. The day after I got into the black, my limits were lowered by 90%. The reason they gave for this was they did not expect my business to be profitable in the future. While I was losing heavily, they had no problems with my action. With this 90% restriction, the maximum limits were ridiculously low. For example, the MAXIMUM bet they would allow on the Rockies to win the World Series was $2.50 (thats right 2 dollars and 50 cents). If I wanted to bet on the total of an in running game, my max bet allowed was $30. When I requested to speak to the person who made this ABSURD decision, nobody from the customer service department would put me through to him. I offered to leave my phone number so this person could call me back and they once again refused and said the decision is final. I strongly recommend all customers to AVOID this sportsbook.

Comments: Bet365 has great software and the best selection of lines in the world. Their customer service is all native English speakers and generally very professional. All this said, I would NOT recommend this book in the least. I wagered over $100K at this site and was a $1000+ loser. They rewarded my loyal play with a slap in the face, cutting my limits to $20 or less even on phone wagers. Judging from the numerous forum posts with stories like mine, this is their standard practice. They are not a legitimate book as far as I'm concerned, since they obviously have no clue how to post proper lines or manage their customer base. In addition, their lines aren't even remotely competitive 99% of the time and they have the worst bonuses in the business. Don't give these greedy two-bit hacks the benefit of your action. Stay away.
