These guys actually canceled a bet that I made without contacting me because they "needed to flip a line". Unbelievable. There was a time when I placed a wager by mistake and they wouldn't let me cancel it, why should they be able to do it to me? The wager was within their posted limits and was displayed as a pending wager in my account. I am also due over $3,000 in bonuses, which I have more than met the 3x rollover requirement which. In the past 2 months I have place over $120,000 worth of wagers on their site and this is the way I am treated. Do not under any circumstances use this sports book. I am packing up my bags and moving elsewhere.
Note: If a line is "upside down" and needs to be "flipped" most books will void wagers made on the "bad line." But if the book doesn cancel the wager it should be done before game time, and they should alert the customer that the wager was cancelled.
