Comments: I have been a customer of this sportsbook for about a year now with no reported problems until this week. I made a withdraw for $800 a few days ago and called today to check the status of the request. I was told that they are going through some major financial processing change and hope to have all the information converted over by the 1st of the year. This sounded like alot of nonsense as "Shawn" the CS rep told me he believed the payouts would be processed the 1st week in January. I called Isaac before even making another deposit as I saw they were downgraded on SBR. He assured me everything was fine and the reasoning for the downgrade. I am very concerned now and believe there are major problems with this sportsbook and I won't be paid at all.

Comments: 1. Their live chat has been down for more than 1 week 2. On average, I get 1 reply for every 5 emails I sent... and that is 1 reply in 2 days (if you are lucky) 3. Things really turn nasty once I requested the payout of $1778.15 on 22 Dec ..... 3a. The money din come in 3b. They got slower in responding to my queries 3c. Then they told me they need 3 biz days normally 3d. Today is 29 Dec, and yet still no payout. 3e. And they have not reply to my email for almost 2 days already 3f. Worse thing is, my account with AllSports is already debited, and it's now $0 So where is my money now? I reloaded for a very attractive bonus of 25% with 4x roll. Now I don't even know if I am going to get my money back.
