QuickSilverSports (SBR rating C) payment complaint has been reported. On August 1st a player asked for a withdrawal of $3,174 through Moneybookers and has yet to receive his funds. The player states that
QuickSilver has not provided an update on his payout status. This is the second outstanding
QuickSilver payment complaint.
