BetUS Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) has decided to credit the player from SBR's sportsbook confiscation report. BetUS initially seized $1,350 in freeplay winnings from a player that made a $1000 deposit for a 100% freeplay. The player risked the entirety of his freeplay on Kansas City +135. After winning the bet, his account was closed due to "non-recreational" play and BetUS confiscated the freeplay winnings.

BetUS manager:
The client was deemed non-recreational and his balance was forfeited due to a FP being issued.  HOWEVER, the FP was attached to a deposit, so should have never been rescinded.  After researching the issue, we have put the $1,350 back into the client’s balance.  He is free to continue to play and may request a full payout, once he has met his rollover.

Due to the nature of his play, his limits have been restricted.  If he would like to bet more than his limit, he may call in and ask for a Supervisor and they will determine if more action is wanted on that particular game.  They will then choose to accept the larger wager or not.  It will be entirely up to their discretion to override his limit.

Thank you very much for bringing this to my attention.  It is imperative that we find out when something like this happens, as we are constantly trying to improve.
