BetHorizon — Moneybookers complaint

BetHorizon (SBR rating B-) payout complaint has been reported. On May 14th a player requested £3000 via Moneybookers. After realizing his withdrawal was being delayed, the player communicated with
BetHorizon and was allegedly told he would receive at least half of his withdrawal by June 6th. As of July 8th, the player states he has received no payment toward his balance. SBR will update this report.
BetHorizon player: I put in a request of £3000 on 14th May 2010, I asked for it to be sent via moneybookers. I've been really patient with bethorizon but now they have missed too many deadlines. The latest deadline was set by the operations manager who said I would have half of my withdrawal by Tuesday 6th June, his last email to me on this date was "probably tomorrow". Well tomorrow came and I emailed him again, this got ignored.
