Sportingbet fails to honor matching bet promotion

Sportingbet (SBR rating D+) bonus complaints have been reported from players who stated that
Sportingbet failed to honor its matching bet promotion. The promotion offered to match a player's first bet, up to £25, with a free bet of the same amount. Both players won their first bet, however Sportingbet did not honor the promotion. Sportingbet has not yet explained its refusal to honor the promotion to the players or SBR.
Sportingbet player: I saw that sporting bet were offering a promotion where they match your first bet up to £25, so i signed up deposited £10, bet £10, and it has been settled for over 4 days now.
I have emailed them about my concern of the free bet, but they didn't reply. So I tried live chat. Each agent said I had to sign up via the affilate page to be eligible for the bonus. However, there is nothing like this in the terms and conditions of the promotion so they are breaking their own rules. So as far as I am concerned, I am being ripped off and it looks like fraudulent malpractice.
