Stryyke voids players winnings and closes account without providing reason

Stryyke (SBR rating D-) has closed a player's account and confiscated €300 in winnings. The action came after a May 18th withdrawal request of €30.
Stryyke stated to the player that his initial deposit of €446 would be returned to his Moneybookers account minus a €25 'handling fee'. Stryyke provided no reason as to why the player's account was closed, but has recently justified
confiscating winnings from professional players.
Stryyke: Your initial deposit of 446€ will be credited back to your Moneybooker account withholding a handling fee of 25€. In consequence, you account will remain frozen.
