BetWay (SBR rating D-) has confiscated €700 from a player that it claims wagered in shared environments.
BetWay closed the player's account and returned his deposit, minus a 10% 'administrative fee'. The player admits wagering from public WiFi spots, but claims not to be connected with any other gaming accounts.
