Jazz Sports Group players report payment delays

The DPT Sports Group, which consists of Jazz Sportsbook, LooseLines, and ABC Islands recently lost the ability to offer Neteller to its players. Consequently, players have forced longer than normal payout times and have scrambled to find a suitable alternate method to withdraw funds. In two slow-pay complaints filed with SBR in the last week, LooseLines and ABC Islands players reported poor and conflicting customer service. Player 1 has been attempting to withdraw $5,000 since early May, player 2 has attempted to withdraw $4000 during this time. Players with outstanding payment requests, or players who have been unable to receive confirmation that their funds would be sent are asked to file sportsbook complaint forms. The DPT Sports Group family has had their rating lowered to C.
