Bet365 player account locked for over 3 months

A Bet365 (SBR rating C) player has submitted a sportsbook complaint. The player funded his Bet365 account with a 2000 Leva deposit on March 13th. After a few weeks of play, Bet365 locked the account and requested proof of ID. The player claims to have provided this, yet is still locked out of his account which holds a balance of 10,000 Leba. SBR is following up with Bet365.
