I really can't thank you enough. I have never come across anyone who is willing to help another person without a price tag on the favor but you didn't ask me for anything and really went to bat for me. ( a stranger) -- Wayne D.

BetSportsWeb fails to offer proof in payout dispute

BetSportsWeb sportsbook
On April 20th, SBR published an update report to a BetSportsWeb slow-pay complaint. BetSportsWeb (SBR rating D+) disputed the sportsbook complaint filed on April 8th by stating that the player failed to provide ID documentation. SBR requested that BetSportsWeb provide proof that such documentation was requested of the player. BetSportsWeb failed to provide any e-mail requests to the player; the only e-mails sent were dated after the complaint was reported by SBR. BetSportsWeb also claimed the player was made aware of the documents required in a telephone call, but there has been no recording made available to SBR. The player denies he was ever informed of the documentation request and has maintained his willingness to provide anything required.

A second player has written in to SBR with a slow-pay complaint against BetSportsWeb. On February 10th he deposited $500 in exchange for a 125% sportsbook bonus with a 15X rollover. He increased his balance to $12,353 before beginning to request weekly payouts in March. The player has received only one payout to date - $500 on March 19th. SBR is following up on the complaint with BetSportsWeb.
