Dimeline Sportsbook agrees to extend player's rollover time in bonus complaint

Dimeline Sportsbook (SBR rating D) has agreed to grant the player from the April 19th bonus complaint an additional 90 days to complete his rollover. On January 5th of 2009 the player deposited €2000 and received a 100% bonus with an 8X rollover. The following January the rollover had still not been completed, and Dimeline then removed the bonus from the player's balance; converting the funds to "free money", which is a commissions-based rewards program. Dimeline maintained that the bonus carried a 3 month rollover requirement. The player flatly denied having been informed of any such requirement. Dimeline was unable to provide conclusive proof that the term was listed on their website at the time. Dimeline currently publishes the 3 month rollover requirement on their bonus promotions page. After discussions with SBR, Dimeline has agreed to credit the player's bonus funds back into his account and to allow him an additional 90 days to complete the rollover.
