BetUS gives ultimatum to player in bonus dispute case

On February 24th SBR
reported on a
BetUS (SBR rating C) player that was limited to $100 bets while having a rollover of $45,542. SBR has asked
BetUS to either increase the players limits on major sports, or allow the player to withdrawal and close the account. On October 1st, the player funded $8700 and received a $3480 freeplay. After clearing nearly $40,000 in rollover he was eventually limited due to what BetUS considered non-recreational play.
BetUS has given the player the following ultimatum:
1. You can stay and complete the initial rollover at a ($100) per wager. 2. You can forfeit the $4797 you have won from your free play and cash out the remaining balance. Please let us know which one is suitable for you;
