Dimeline Sportsbook bonus complaint

Dimeline (SBR rating D) bonus complaint has been received. On January 5th of 2009 a player deposited €2000 and received a 100% bonus with an 8X rollover. After slowly clearing €20,182 in rollover, the player logged into his account on January 1st of 2010 and discovered that €4505 was deducted from his gaming account.
Dimeline allegedly informed the player the adjustment was made due to the rollover not being filled within one year. The player points out that he still had four days remaining to complete rollover, but raises the point that Dimeline's one year rule was not yet instituted at the time of his deposit. SBR will confirm when the rollover rule came into effect and update this report after speaking with Dimeline management.
