Bet33 (formerly Apex Sportsbook) fails to pay stiffed players

Bet33 (SBR rating D-) management has not kept its promise to repay players who held balances at
Apex Sportsbook (SBR rating F) at the time the sportsbook flatlined. Unpaid player balances helped create the
Bet33 operation, which has the same ownership as the defunct
Apex Sportsbook. Bet33 was upgraded from F to D- in July of 2009 after there were no nonpayment reports in more than three years.
