Bet911 bonus complaint resolved

Bet911 (SBR rating C-) has agreed to pay the player from SBR's 1/16 report all winnings. The player was considered to be non-recreational and ineligible to receive bonus incentives. After a placing a few wagers the player was quickly limited. He was informed that if he did not wish to fulfill his rollover with his new limits he could forgo his bonus and 25% of winnings. SBR has spoken to Bet911 about this policy being non-industry standard.
