Apex Sportsbook (SBR rating F) Pays Player After Five years

The owner of defunct sportsbook Apex Sports (SBR rating F) has paid over $3,000 to a player owed since 2004. Five years ago the player and the sportsbook owner agreed to a payment plan. The second payment of $250 was never sent. Since Apex Sports' demise, one of the owner's of Apex Sports has opened up a new operation with its main brand being Bet33 (SBR rating D-). Bet33 has never failed to pay a player but has maintained a low rating and position on the SBR Blacklist due to the fact it was built using Apex Sports' player balances. Apex ownership was adamant at the time it closed its doors that they were not solvent. Bet33 management assures SBR that Bet33 and sister sportsbooks are well funded and it will repay players who had Apex Sportsbook balances at the time the sportsbook flat-lined.
