In the Fall of 2005, my sportsbook blatantly stole $2,200 from my account because they claimed I was a "professional player." In July, 9 months later, Bill contacted me and let me know that the book was under new management and he would recover the funds for me. I received $2,200 one week later. He is a great man providing a great service and I really appreciate it.
