Comments: Felix from BTW included answers to all of Jack's questions. The e-mail response came with details regarding BTW house rules for both the sportsbook and the casino, plus information on their privacy policy and account confidentiality. Jack had a very good first impression of BetTheWorld and their customer service.

Comments: Every inquiry Jack made was addressed, with full details on bonus terms, the fact that offered NFL quarter lines and the max wager for NCAA Basketball. Jack is given the impression he will be able to get clear and concise answers from this sportsbook. BetDon's Marcel would have received a perfect score had he not misspelled Jack's name.

Comments: BetOnline replied to Jack immediately saying that they had received his questions and would follow up soon. Gena from BetOnLine answered each of Jack's questions, providing a nice table showing how their Big Bonus option worked and also including the information Jack needed if he wanted to take the "Low Juice" option. For NFL quarters, it was noted those lines were available on game days only, and Gena listed the details on NCAA Basketball betting that Jack was interested in.

Comments: Sportsbetting.com's Ivy did not provide the details Jack was looking for with regards to his bonus inquiry. Jack specifically asked to have the terms and conditions in writing. Ivy also provided a link to their house rules for Jack to look through regarding his question on NCAA basketball betting maximums.

Comments: Very detailed responses to Jack's questions, but he is a bit concerned about the line regarding "All Bonus Policies are subject to change without notice." Jack had a bad experience with terms changing on him before in the middle of trying to meet the conditions. He will write back to verify that the rules at the time the promotion is awarded will apply. In addition to answering Jack's primary questions, including details on at least the current bonus terms, the CS Dept at BetEd also included some information that Jack hadn't thought to ask earlier regarding what deposit methods were necessary to get the bonus as well as info on reload bonuses.

Comments: Linesmaker provided an immediate response stating they had received Jack's questions and the answers would be forthcoming. The full answer was a little too much for Jack to sort through. After noting Linesmaker had been in business 11 years and failing to inform Jack of the current bonus, the Linesmaker CS rep pasted the entire house rules section within the email. Jack appreciated the effort in making sure none of his questions were overlooked.

Comments: One of the fastest responses on record, however the only question Bodog answered was about the bonus they offer, 10%, and even then they did not address the terms of the bonus as Jack asked. Bodog failed to answer any of Jack's inquiries regarding NFL and NCAA basketball wagering. Jack may email back. At this rate he can try twice more before the 2nd fastest book responds.

Comments: Bet911's Rick answered all of Jack's questions with the exception of listing the terms and conditions of the bonus offer. Jack understands that due to the many bonus programs it would be fair to ask this question again if he decided to sign up and chose a bonus plan. Jack will likely pass on Bet911 because Rick seems to struggle a bit communicating in English. Jack is concerned about communicating in the event that a dispute was to occur.

Comments: Brooks from BetEagle did answer all of Jack's questions about NFL quarters and NCAA basketball games. Brooks quoted each of Jack's question including the request to have the bonus term in the email instead of a link to the website. Brooks gave Jack a link to the websites bonus page. Jack expected a home-run response after waiting over 23 hours.

Comments: BetJoint first sent what looked an advertising flier to Jack within a matter of minutes of his e-mail inquiry. Though it did answer a few of Jack's questions, he was a bit turned off by this response and was not counting on receiving anything else. A couple of hours later, Jack did receive a detailed and more personal e-mail from Jason Peters at BetJoint. In this e-mail, Jack was able to find the answers to his questions easily, and the e-mail even included information from an SBR News Wire when BetJoint first entered their rating guide. Jack read this second e-mail and wasn't turned off completely by the promotional e-mail he first received. He was impressed by the personal attention Mr. Peters gave him.
