Comments: Jeff Slater was thrilled to have all of his of question answered one by one in less than an hour. Harvey was to the point and offered to answer any other questions Mr. Slater had. Jeff will need to get back to Harvey for clarification on if there will be series prices for the MLB playoffs but is confident he will have good service and may deposit soon.

Comments: Jeff was excited to see that Justbet was offering everything he was looking fo. The unnamed representative was knowledgeable enough to provide all details within an hour. Jeff was impressed by this initial service and thought Justbet redeemed itself after a subpar showing on SBR's April Email Response Test.

Jeff's initial impression is that this book likely will have good service from a staff where English is the first language. Comments: Wagerstreet addressed all of Mr. Slater's questions but Jeff had concerns about customer service with grammar worse than the email he sent in. Wagerstreet was unsure about the maximum allowed win on a parlay payout and did not get back to the player with a definitive answer. Jeff thinks his picks are going to be on fire this football season and hopes to win a 10 team parlay picking underdogs. Jeff's first impression is that he will have attentive friendly service and will call back to find out if there is a limit on how rich a parlay can make him

Comments: BetRoyal Representative Rodney answered all of Jeff's questions and was surprisingly enthusiastic. Jeff will do more research to see if the this is "the best online sportsbook" as Rodney states.

Comments: 10Bet missed Mr. Slater's first and most important question about bonuses and promotions. Jeff has lost a lot of money playing baseball and was hoping to get a bit of that back with a deposit bonus. Jeff heard 10bet was a leader in wagering options but is still unsure if 10bet will have quarter lines for the NFL regular season. Since 10bet answered Jeff's email so fast and he has not deposited at a book already, he doesn't mind following up with more detailed questions.

Comments: Skybet essntially told Jeff that they have few American sports betting options but to feel free to contact them with any interest in betting on other options. Jeff only wants to bet on the NFL and was happy that Skybet didn't waste his time trying to sell him on betting cricket or darts.

Comments: Only one of the six inquires Jeff had were addressed and Centrebet failed to answer the questions at a later date. Jeff was glad to see his initial email was answered but decided to pass on Centerbet. Mr. Slater doubted the service would be as prompt and as attentive as he was looking for.

Comments: Jeff knows that money talks but it doesn't answer his wagering questions. Internet1x2's Liat apparently believes that the 100% bonus is the only think Mr. Slater needs to know at this stage. Jeff knows that bad service and high bonuses means players will take the money and leave which can result in a weak sportsbook. Jeff will pass on free cash.

Comments: Jeff was confused about how to pursue the bonus or what the bonus actually is. Bwin also ignored the question about parlays which caused Jeff to have doubts that the book does indeed offer the other wagering options. Jeff hopes that if his sportsbook takes 24 hours to answer an email all questions and concerns will be addressed.

BetChances's Jessica did verify there was a signup bonus and that the book will offer football betting. Mr. Slater will cross BetChance of his list of potential sportsbooks for this season.

Comments: Jeff initially received a prompt auto-reply saying that his inquiry would be researched and answered within 24 hours. Sportsbook.com's Holly appears to have sent Jeff a pre-formed letter giving bonus information while ignoring his other questions. Jeff found this humorous after 5 days and has already decided on which books he will be playing at.
