Quality of Response: Fair
Comments: Immediate reply to note the questions had been received and assigned to a rep. Reply came shortly after that, but mainly danced around most of the questions, though noted the standard sign-up bonus was 10%. Did not address any of the MLB inquiries, primarily provided a betting primer overall.

Quality of Response: Poor
Comments: Received reply from a manager saying a reply would be forthcoming, possibly up to 48 hours. The reply came very shortly after that, noting free bet play but then directing Michael to their website to basically find the rest of the answers on his own. Mike was outraged at this email exchange.

Comments: Intertops answered all of Mike's questions, though he might not be too impressed with the $20 free bet with a 16x rollover. That being said, they were upfront and polite so Mike has no complaints.

|
Email Test Grade: B
Sent:

Received:
12:02 PM
Time Elapsed:
1 hr, 37 minutes |
Quality of Response: Poor
Comments: The reply Mike got confused him at first since it was from an eHorse account and not Las Palmas. The e-mail did include very detailed answers about bonuses, rollovers, and payouts, but did not address his questions about NFL and MLB wagering. It felt like more of a FAQ manual than actual customer service.

Email Test Grade: B
Sent:

Received:

Time Elapsed:

Quality of Response: Fair
Comments: The CS department at Heritage replied, but only gave vague replies noting they were an "exclusive book" and weren't presently accepting new customers except by invite. Mike would have to get through that exclusivity before getting solid, detailed answers to his inquiries. While Mike wasn't pleased, they were upfront about their position and he can respect that.

Time Elapsed:

Quality of Response: Poor
Comments: Mike was put off by receiving a request to call-in in response to his email request for information. Mike immediately thought of a scenario where he had a problem and would have to chase down a specific person to get it resolved. Mike may consider calling in the future but is currently on vacation. He intends to set up with a sportsbook with better email communication.

Comments: The reply from Matchbook's client services department was very strong, including a note from them about the dangers of the 'fine print' on bonuses at many books. Mike was a little disappointed that they didn't offer NFL preseason games for wagering.

Comments: Received almost instant acknowledgment of receipt of e-mail, reported they would respond within 24-48 hours. Ticket Code LTK14308736415X. That reply came about 13 hours later, and was word-for-word the same response that came from Racebook which only answered the bonus inquiry and asked Mike to register an account with them before getting his other questions answered.

Comments: It took more than two days for Looselines to get back to Mike. Although they did cover the inquiries with concise answers, Mike found that the majority of the reply was promotional in nature and full of details he wasn't really interested in.
