  • Podium positions count for purposes of determining the race winner, regardless of subsequent disqualifications or appeals.
  • If a race is abandoned without any winner being declared, all wagers will be cancelled and refunded.
  • For head-to-head matchups, both drivers must start the race for wagers to have action. "Starting" is defined as lining up on the official starting grid.
  • If a starting driver is replaced by a second driver, and at least one lap of the race has been completed by the starting driver, the second driver's finish will be awarded to the starting driver.
  • For long-term markets (e.g., season-long points races), winners will be determined based on standings immediately after the last race of the season; alterations to standings due to subsequent enquiries do not count.
  • For race-qualification markets (i.e., to determine grid position), any driver who starts a lap but does not post a time will be deemed to finish last, behind all drivers posting a time. If multiple drivers do not post a time, each will be deemed to finish joint-last.
  • For matchups on race-qualification markets, both drivers must start (i.e., cross the starting line to commence a qualifying lap) for action.
  • Wagers on any race postponed for at least 48 hours past its scheduled starting time will be cancelled and refunded.
  • On race day, all unmatched wagers will be cancelled before the opening lap commences (or the race's scheduled starting time, if the race is untelevised). If the market is subsequently turned "in running", unmatched offers will not be cancelled at any time.
  • Baseball

  • If a match is played on a different date or at a different venue than originally scheduled, all wagers will be cancelled and refunded.
  • If a game is abandoned all wagers played on Money Line markets will be void unless five innings have been played (or 4.5 innings if the home team is ahead).
  • For games suspended and rescheduled to a later date, moneyline markets are graded based on the score at the end of the last full inning, should play be halted in the top half of the inning with the home team trailing.
  • For Run Line and Totals wagering, games must go at least nine innings (or 8.5 innings if the home team is ahead). If the game is called in extra innings, these markets are graded based on the score at the end of the last full inning, should play be halted in the top half of the inning with the home team trailing. For games suspended and rescheduled to a later date, total and runline markets are voided unless the game has gone nine innings (or 8.5 if the home team is ahead).
  • For Live wagering, games must go at least nine innings (or 8.5 innings if the home team is ahead).
  • Listed pitchers apply. Both pitchers listed must start or all wagers will be cancelled and refunded.
  • A pitcher is deemed to start once he has thrown a single pitch to the opposing team's first batter.
  • For playoff series, listed pitchers do not apply; all wagers have action.
  • Regular Season Wins rules are as follows: (a) 160 regular-season games must be played for market to stand; (b) postseason wins not included; (c) team moves or name changes do not affect wagers; and (d) regular-season tiebreaker games count as part of the regular season.
  • Basketball

  • Game and second-half wagers will be settled on the official final score including overtime.
  • If a match is played on a different date or at a different venue than originally scheduled, all wagers will be cancelled and refunded.
  • NBA games must go 43 minutes to be official (For NCAA games, 35 minutes). For games ending before this interval, or postponed to a later date, ALL wagers will be cancelled and refunded.
  • For matchup and prop markets, players must play for wagers to have action.
  • All unmatched wagers will be cancelled at tip-off (or the game's scheduled starting time, if the game is untelevised). If the market is subsequently turned "in running", unmatched offers will not be cancelled at any time.
  • Boxing
    top ^
  • Boxing matches may be posted using either a draw-included or no-draw format. If the former, and the fight ends in a draw, wagers on both fighters "to win" will be graded as losers, and wagers "to lose" as winners. If the latter, all wagers on either fighter will be cancelled and refunded.
  • If the scheduled length of a fight is changed, all markets involving numbers of rounds (e.g., fight duration) will be cancelled and refunded.
  • If a fight is rescheduled for a different date, all wagers stand so long as the fight takes place within thirty (30) days of the original date.
  • A disqualification is graded as a KO for the opponent.
  • For time of fight betting, a half round is defined as 90 seconds.
  • Current Events
    top ^
  • Specific settlement criteria for Current Event and other speciality markets will be provided in the "info" tab for that market. "Settlement criteria" includes such information as definitions of relevant terms, the information/media source(s) used to settle the market, and market duration.
  • In election markets and political futures, all candidates have action regardless of whether they announce an official candidacy.
  • Football

  • Game and second-half wagers will be settled on the official result including overtime; however in the event of a tie after overtime all wagers placed on Money Line markets will be cancelled and refunded.
  • If a match is played on a different date or at a different venue than originally scheduled, all wagers will be cancelled and refunded.
  • Games must go 55 minutes to be official. If a game is suspended after 55 minutes of play and subsequently resumed at a later date, the score at the time play was halted will be considered official.
  • Proposition and game-statistics wagers will be settled on official statistics provided by the NFL (or by a major media outlet, for the NCAA).
  • For matchup and prop markets, players must play for action.
  • All unmatched wagers will be cancelled at kick-off (or the game's scheduled starting time, if the game is untelevised). If the market is subsequently turned "in running", unmatched offers will not be cancelled at any time.
  • Golf

  • If a tournament is abandoned and no result officially declared, all wagers will be cancelled and refunded, except those that have been unconditionally determined (e.g., "Make the Cut" props in a tournament shortened to 54 holes).
  • If a tournament is shortened and play for the day is abandoned, causing the winner to be declared based on the previous round's play, all wagers matched after the end of the previous round will be cancelled and refunded.
  • For matchbets, the player having the lowest score over the designated interval is the winner. If the matchbet is over 72 holes and one player misses the cut, the player advancing to the weekend is the winner. If both players miss the cut, the player with the lower score over the pre-cut interval is the winner. If the tournament goes to a playoff, and both players are involved in the playoff, the player advancing further (for sudden-death playoffs) or completing the playoff with the lower overall score (for fixed-length playoffs) will be deemed the winner.
  • For matchbets, if both players withdraw or are disqualified, the winner is the player with the lowest score in the previous round. If the DQ/WDs occur in the first round, or if the matchbet is for a single round, all wagers will be cancelled and refunded.
  • For matchbets having a half-stroke handicap, the favorite is signified by having a "-" handicap; however, this half-stroke is NOT subtracted from his score for handicap purposes, it is ADDED. (In other words, if the two players tie, the underdog is the winner.)
  • For matchbets, both players must tee off for action.
  • For propositions on a player's score in an individual round, all wagers will be cancelled and refunded if the player does not complete the round.
  • For propositions on a player's score on an individual hole, wagers will be graded shortly after the player leaves the hole (based on PGA scoring data). If the player does not complete a hole, all wagers will be cancelled and refunded.
  • At the start of the first round, all unmatched wagers will be cancelled immediately before the first pairing tees off. Thereafter, unmatched offers will not be cancelled at any time.
