House Rules

1. The rules at Sports-1 are very close to Las Vegas Sports Rules, in order to protect both the company and the bettor.
2. Member’s account and information at Sports-1 are private and confidential; every call is recorded and stored for 7 days in order to settle any dispute.
3. Clients must be 18 years of age or more.
4. Sports-1 will reserve its right to refuse a wager at any time, from any client without cause.
5. All regulations, payoffs and limits listed on our website are subject to change without any prior written notice.
6. Every client is required to identify himself using his user name and password on each call as well as each login to Sports-1. Each member is solely responsible for their user name and password.
7. Account balances will reflect all wagers made on futures, propositions or pending wagers.
8. Sports-1 members cannot risk more money than what they have available in their account balance.
9. Players must confirm their bets with the operator at the end of each call using their account number and password. It is the client’s responsibility to listen carefully to the final read-back from the operator before confirming the wager with there password. If the information read by the operator is different from what the client asked, it’s the CLIENT’S OBLIGATION to let the operator know in order for the wager to be changed, once the plays are confirmed, THE READBACK IS FINAL! If, for some reason, the call is dropped before the process is completed, it’s the CLIENT’S OBLIGATION to call back; otherwise, the wager will be at management’s discretion.
10. No wagers will be changed or deleted once the client confirms them and the call is concluded. The only way a player can cancel a wager, is by betting the opposite side and lose the juice. On over/under wagers, over-time periods are included in the final score.
11. Overtime period(s) in Football and Basketball are included in the game and second-half side, total and money line. Overtime period(s) does not affect wagers made for the fourth quarter.
12. All minimums, maximums, and payouts are subject to change without prior written notice.
13. The Maximum payout for any Parlay is $100,000.
14. All wagering claims shall be resolved by the final read-back from the recorded call and will be ruled as final.
15. In regards to cancelled, suspended games, rescheduled games, events, or overturned decisions, Sports-1 follows Las Vegas gaming rules for wagering purposes. Otherwise, Sports-1 will not recognize suspended, cancelled games, protests and overturned decisions for wagering purposes.
16. All sporting events must be played on scheduled date and time unless otherwise specified. If an event is postponed and/or rescheduled or a change of venue, the event will automatically constitute "no action," which means that the wagers for that event will be refunded; unless sport specific rules state otherwise. All parlays/exotics will be recalculated excluding that leg of the parlay, using the specific payout charts for that pager option. Individual tennis matches have to be COMPLETED; otherwise it will be a NO ACTION. All wagers will stand for an extra 48 hours if a match is rescheduled due to bad weather conditions, bad light, etc.
17. All betting payoffs are calculated on the odds in effect at the time of the wager.
18. You can’t parlay the same team on the point spread and the money line. Multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another – known as correlated plays.
19. Sports-1 does not report your transactions to any financial institution or government agency. It is the client's sole responsibility to report such information to the appropriate taxable jurisdiction.
20. Sports-1 is not responsible for any misrepresentation by any client upon application for membership.
21. Members are responsible for their account number and password, Sports-1 is not responsible for clients who reveal their password and account number to other parties.
22. The winner of an event, or game, will be determined on the date that the event is concluded.
23. All wagers are in U.S.D, GBP or EUR.
24. In the case of an obvious mistake on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum wager, all wagers on that game or event will be deemed a "no action" wager, and the money will be credited accordingly.
25. Sports-1 reserves the right to take away any bonus at any time, without explanation or previous written warning.
26. Dates and kick-off times of events posted on our website are for guidance purposes only. Bets will be accepted up to the advertised kick-off time. If a bet is placed after the event has started, and that play wasn’t authorized by a supervisor that’s aware of the kick-off time, the plays will be deleted.
27. All “futures” wagers are accepted as "All In", Run or Not Run, Entered or Not Entered. Stakes are lost on a future bet if a selection does not take part. In the event of a tie where 3 or more competitors are offered in one betting option, the payout will be divided by the number of players/competitors tied.
28. Winners and losers are considered official after:
• Soccer 90 minutes of play – Overtime and/or Penalty shots are not included unless otherwise specified.
• Football - NCAA & NFL - 55 minutes of play
• Basketball - NBA - 43 minutes of play
• Basketball - NCAA - 35 minutes of play
• Hockey - NHL - 55 minutes of play
• All other sporting events - 55 minutes of play
• Overtime period(s), quarters or extra innings are counted in the final score when wagering on totals, money line and spread betting unless otherwise specified and with the exception of soccer lines including a line for the Draw. (3way line).
• Overtime period(s) are included as part of the second half.
• All period, half and quarter wagers placed are for that specific period, half or quarter only. All overtime wagers placed will be for the full overtime, regardless of how many overtimes
• Other sports: All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play time or time limit must play to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of the scheduled playing time remaining when the contest finishes to be considered as official for betting purposes.
29. Please remember you have 48 hours to claim the bonus from the moment you make the deposit.
30. The Lay -105 promotion is ONLY for recreational players!
31. These rules are posted as a disclaimer to protect both the client and Sports-1, alleging ignorance of these rules will not be considered as an excuse.
    
    

 

Bonus Rules

There are two types of bonuses that Sports-1 offers it’s existing and new members for Sports wagering, Casino action and Horse racing. 

FP – Free Play:

A free play is a percentage rewarded in to the Sports-1 member’s account on there deposit. A free play is a symbolic amount that can be used as a risk amount in order to win a profit from a sporting event. Only the profits generated from the free play amount will be credited in to the member’s cash balance. Normally a free play has a condition to an (X) amount of turnovers/rollover prior to a payout depending on the promotion chosen. Basic rules for free plays offered by Sports-1 are the following:

• Percentage will be available in the free play balance only.
• At sports-1 the rollover condition on a free play are deposit + fees + free play winnings multiplied by the designated amount of rollover stated on the promotion chosen. Example: deposit 200 + fees 15 + 150 bonus winnings total 365 multiplied by 10, the total amount to rollover will be 3.650.
• Freeplays can be only used on odds from 1.5(-200) to 3.0(+200).
• If the free play render for the deposit did not generate winnings only the deposit amount and fees will have to be rolled over as stated on the promotion chosen. Example: 200 deposit + 15 fees total 215 multiplied by 10, the total amount to rollover will be 2.150.
• Free play can not be wagered on parlays, teasers, moneylines,  future bets, proposition bets and odds to win on reality shows or contests of any sort.
• At sports-1 we do not have a minimum or maximum line price to resolve the rollover count; we base our rollover volume on the lowest risk/win amount of each individual wager. So if you wager 300 to win 500 we consider 300 or if you wager 100 to win 1000 we consider 100. This is a simple method that alleviates discrimination of bets while running the report and it makes the process faster and more effective.
• Sports-1 will not permit siding of any sporting event by employing free play money on one side of the game and cash on the other. If any member of Sports-1 is found making this practice during our random account auditing it will result in the forfeiting of the bonus and winnings as well as the cancellation of the account.
• Free Play risk amount will not be counted as part of the rollover but any winnings from the free play will be.
• Will only be counted as activity days on the Free Play bonus for those wagers above 25 U.S.D, GBP or EUR.
• All Free Play Bonuses and Promotions Apply to -110 (American) 1.90 (Decimal) line settings only.

Cash Bonus:

Cash Bonus is a percentage rewarded to the Sports-1 member’s account on there deposit. A cash bonus may be used in all sports and casino action credited into the cash balance of your account. As all type of bonuses it also carries a rollover condition which is stipulated on the promotion chosen. The difference between a free play and a cash bonus is that on a free play only the winnings are credited in to the cash balance. With a cash bonus both the risk and win amounts are credited back into the cash balance permitting the member to further profit from the bonus.

• At sports-1 the rollover condition on a cash bonus are deposit + fees + Bonus multiplied by the designated amount of rollover stated on the promotion chosen. Example: deposit 200 + fees 15 + bonus 20 totals 235 multiplied by 10, the total amount to roll over will be 2.350.
• Whenever a payout is requested the "casino cash bonus" amount may not be withdrawn and it will be surrendered and after the cash bonus is surrendered only the remaining balance may be withdrawn.
• Sports-1 will stipulate restrictions on games considered abusive for rollover count and games prohibited for such action. This will be stated within the respective promotion chosen by the member.
• At sports-1 we do not limit the amount of winnings on your casino action if and when there is no abuse of software.
• Sports-1 has a limitation of a max payout per week of 4000 USD in your gaming account.
• Will only be counted as activity days on the CASH bonus for those wagers above the minimum required: 5 U.S.D, GBP or EUR.
• Sports-1 has a 7 day minimum play period (only casino) prior to any pay out request. This implies that even if rollover is completed within hours of last deposit there is a 7 day hold (only casino). After 7 days there is no hold on funds.

Sports-1 has the right of revoking bonuses and winnings from members that are suspected or proven to be abusing the promotions by employing them on syndicated wagering or attempting to commit fraud as well as to the use of multiple accounts to defraud Sports-1.

Bonuses will only be provided to clients with a net loss position, a client whose account is in a net positive position overall will not be eligible for re-load bonuses.

11 USD World Cup Free Bet:

This promotion has expired and it was designed for World Cup 2010. 

• Multiple accounts were not allowed. One Free Bet per client and per household.
  
• This promotional offer was designed for World Cup 2010 matches use ONLY.
• The FREE 11 USD is only good for Sides and Totals. Sports-1 has the right of revoking the bonus and winnings from members that are abusing of this promotions by placing wagers such as: Parlays, Teasers or Propositions. 
• Sports-1 has a limitation of a max payout of 111 USD for this World Cup Free Bet Promotion.

 

SPECIFIC INTERNET BETTING RULES

1. You should determine whether Sports-1 services are permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. The account balance must be verified by the client on each Internet log-on prior to wagering. When you verify and accept your betting account balance, you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have any claims. Any claims or disputes must be settled at that time by calling a member services representative at 1-800-371-4134 or e-mail to memberservices@sports-1.com.
3. All Internet betting transactions are stored and backed-up daily. In case of a claim, both management and the player agree that the log backup shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and that all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Any dispute must be placed within three days from the date the wager was made. No claims will be honored after this three-day period. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all account transactions.
4. Any manipulation of prices and/or spread may result in the ticket being marked as a loser.
