BetSportsWeb Sportsbook Terms & Conditions/General Rules

All wagers accepted by BetSportsWeb.com are subject to the following rules.

1. BetSportsWeb reserves the rights to cancel any wager made on a bad line or wager after the event started.
2. BetSportsWeb may refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager made on its service.
3. You must be at least 18 years of age to join BetSportsWeb.
4. All wagers placed on BetSportsWeb's service will be graded after the contest is final.
5. Winner of any event will be determined on the date of the events final conclusion; BetSportsWeb will not recognize protested games or overturned decisions for wagering purposes. The result of an event suspended after the start of competition will be decided according to the wagering rules specified for that sport.
6. Las Vegas rules apply to any rule or wager not covered by the rules and regulations herein.
7. All futures wagering (example, World Series Winner, total season loses, ect.), the winner as determined by the League Commissioner will also be declared the winner for betting purposes except when the minimum number of games required for the future to have "action" has not been completed.
8. Maximum and minimum wager amounts on all sporting events are determined by BetSportsWeb subject to change without prior notice. BetSportsWeb reserves the right to adjust limits on players accounts at anytime.
9. Any payoffs, regulations and rules are subject to change and revision by BetSportsWeb without prior written notice. Management may, in its sole discretion, limit the amount of a payout to an amount not to exceed the amount of the player's last deposit
10. Players must not misrepresent themselves when providing information in the customer sign up form in order to establish a wagering account. BetSportsWeb relies upon the information provided by the player and is not responsible for any type of misrepresentation by the player.
11. All wagers and transactions are to be considered originating from and governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Persons residing in Costa Rica are prohibited from becoming a member of BetSportsWeb.
12. If funds (including any bonus funds) are credited to a player's account in error, it is incumbent upon the player to notify BetSportsWeb of the error without delay. Unless notified by BetSportsWeb,any transaction resulting from the error shall be void.
13. READ BACK IS FINAL: After wagers are placed by telephone, the phone clerk will read back the wagers. If the read back or confirmation is correct, the player must re-confirm wagers. If the player confirms a read back where the clerk has made a mistake, the wager is final. It is the responsibility of the player to correct any errors during the read back.
14. If a player does not hear the read back due to technical difficulties it is the player's responsibility to call back right away to confirm his wager or wagers will be voided.
15. All BetSportsWeb memebers are solely responsible for their own account transactions when wagering on the internet. Make sure you review your wagers for any mistakes before sending them in. Once the transaction is complete, it cannot be changed. BetSportsWeb does not take responsibility for missing or duplicate wagers.
16. Any disputes must be lodged within seven days from the date the wager in question has been decided. No claims will be honored after this period. Players are solely responsible for their account transactions.
17. If a player suspects a third party may have their player number and password, the player may at any time ask that BetSportsWeb furnish the player with a new player number and password.
18. All players are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of his/her betting account and should make every effort to prevent the use of his/her personal account number by any other third party. Any transactions entered into where the account holders number and password have been given to effect a wager shall stand as a bona fide transactions dependent only upon the current balance in the account.
19. BetSportsWeb shall not be responsible for any damages or losses deemed or alleged to have resulted from or been caused by this site or its content including, any person's use or misuse of its content, the inability of any person to connect with or use the site, delay in operations or transmission, failure of communication lines, or any errors or omissions in content.
20. BetSportsWeb reserves the right to suspend a player account without prior notice and return all deposited funds (see rule 10).
21. Account balances and transactions appear in the currency selected when the account was originally opened.
22. In the event of a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version, the English language version will be deemed to be correct.
23. BetSportsWeb will communicate with our players via email address and phone number listed during the sign up process. It will be the responsibility of the player to maintain an active email account, and provide the correct email address and phone number. If the player makes any changes to either phone number or email address the player must advise BetSportsWeb of these changes. Any player not having an email address and/or phone number reachable by BetSportsWeb will have his/her account suspended until such time the address and or phone number is provided.
24. Games or contest in which a draw is a common result, BetSportsWeb may offer a three-way line with the draw as the third betting option. In these cases, when the outcome is a draw, only those bettors who wagered on the draw will be paid as winners; those who wagered on either team or contestant to win will lose their stake.
25. All rights, interest, title in and to this web site are owned be BetSportsWeb.com.com and its parent company. The web site is protected under international treaty provisions and copyright law, including, without limitation. BetSportsWeb.com trademarks, trade names, services marks are proprietary to BetSportsWeb.com and its parent company.
26. Any information in this web site is derived from material believed to be accurate, however BetSportsWeb does not make any guarantee as to its accuracy. The web site and all elements thereof are presented on an "as is" basis without any warranty, express or limited. BetSportsWeb.com cannot guarantee that the web site will operate without interruption; however we have taken great measures to help limit interruptions in service.
27. National and International Gaming Laws vary. Gambling may be lawful or unlawful in some jurisdictions, and it is the responsibility of members to ensure that they understand and comply fully with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in their own Country.
28. Only one account is allowed per household, shared computer or IP Address. If you do share a house or computer with friends, coworkers, spouse or otherwise, please contact Customer Service before depositing to make special arrangements.
29. The BetSportsWeb bonus program is intended for recreational punters only. Players considered to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked at the discretion of the company. BetSportsWeb is a recreational sportsbook.
30. Max Bonus pay-out is limited to an amount of $5,000.00 USD or less.
31. Players using the Moneybookers Promotion Bonus are limited to an amount of $5000 US or less for the max bonus payout.
32. BetSportsWeb will not be liable for any loss in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to loss occurring as a result of an Act of God, an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, an act of terrorism, the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent, and/or expropriation), fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out, or industrial action of any kind.
33. Wagers in the BetSportsWeb system (either electronically obtained or obtained by any other means) are automatically void if counterfeited, forged, altered or tampered with in any way; if mechanically or electronically reproduced; if obtained outside authorized legitimate channels; or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic transmission or any other errors.
34. No Player or group of players working together in any fashion, also known as a syndicate, is welcome to play at BetSportsWeb. BetSportsWeb reserves the right to keep principle of any wager placed in an attempt to defraud the house of any bonus monies, whether a party does this on their own or in collusion with other players or other sportsbooks. There is no obligation on behalf of BetSportsWeb to warn players or syndicates of this other than as explained here in the Player Agreement. BetSportsWeb reserves the right to refuse payment to anyone that who is a professional gambler, or is a person who plays "steam" or is found found to be party to any organized wagering syndicates dedicated to changing and manipulating the odds available at BetSportsWeb. BetSportsWeb.com is a recreational sportsbook and consequently does not allow professional or shape play.]play.
35. The use of anonymizers and proxy servers is 100% prohibited unless discussed with Management in advance. Accounts found to be using anonymizers and proxy servers to mask their identities may forfeit their winnings and have their accounts closed at the discretion of BetSportsWeb's management.
36. BetSportsWeb reserves the right to request proof that funds equal to or greater than the amount deposited via e-check reside in user's bank account on the date the deposit is made (NOT the date an attempt is made to debit funds from the bank account). All entered plays will be null and void if the bank account has NSF at the time the deposit is submitted and play has begun.
37. If winnings have been derived from delinquent transaction(s), once it has been settled, only the original deposit amount will be available to wager. If funds have been wagered and lost from delinquent transaction(s), once it has been settled, the account will be reopened with a zero balance. NO winnings derived from a rejected/invalid deposit are valid.
38. Any deposits and/or winnings from players with delinquent accounts will be confiscated. All delinquent transactions must be received in full, before the player is eligible for wagering. Per rule #2 (above), any attempts to register new accounts will be rejected, and/or new accounts will be closed and/or deposits and/or winnings confiscated.
39. Winnings on any wagers associated with a rejected/invalid deposit, are null and void. The cleared/accepted deposit amount will be returned to the account balance.
40. When a deposit is made with a credit card, there is a 25 day waiting period, from the date of your last credit card deposit, before withdrawals can be processed from an account.
41. If for whatever reason you're ACH and/or Credit Card deposit is returned and/or rejected, the amount of this deposit will be subtracted from your balance, and any winnings on your account since the transaction date will be rolled back.
42. If at any time you have used a Credit Card to fund your BetSportsWeb account, you will be required to complete and fax (Toll Free Fax 1-877-635-4262) a Credit Card Authorization Form and supporting documentation for each Credit Card used. Failure to submit the required documentation may result in denial of your deposit, and account closure.
43. BetSportsWeb will take any measures necessary to ensure that all robot software or programs designed to simulate real player play will be detected and prevented from being used in the BetSportsWeb website. Any accounts associated with such activity will be subject to review and possible termination.
44. The player agrees that their account may be closed and account balances forfeited if such account has been dormant for over 12 months and and/or the profile information for such account does not contain current or correct information, making it impossible for BetSportsWeb to contact the player.
45. BetSportsWeb may send promotional materials via email such as newsletters & contest information. Players who sign up at BetSportsWeb.com agree to receive these emails and if they wish to no longer continue to receive emails from BetSportsWeb, they can simply call 1-866-921-8321 to be removed.
46. From time to time, BetSportsWeb may run special promotions, contests, tournaments, and may establish rules and regulations governing the conduct of those promotions, contests, and tournaments. BetSportsWeb or a third party shall post these rules on the Internet, and the Customer Service Representatives of BetSportsWeb shall enforce the rules. Said promotions, contests, and tournaments may be cancelled or suspended at any time without notice by BetSportsWeb. In the event of an error or omission in the printed rules of a particular promotion, contest, or tournament, the decision of BetSportsWeb Management will be considered final and binding.
47. In an effort to protect you from fraud, BetSportsWeb or its holding companies, reserves the right to request additional information.
48. Account Searches and Inquiries requested by the client are free of charge to ensure players accounts are handled properly. Determinations resulting from any dispute will be made after management review on a case by case basis.
49. A Player, fully understanding, agreeing to, and becoming a party to, shall abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein, and all such rules, regulations, terms and conditions as they may change from time to time.
