Unless otherwise stated, the final result is the one earned at the end of the 90 minutes regulation time (extra time is included in the 90 minutes - the outcome of extra time, golden goal, penalties, and the draw of the winning team is irrelevant to the bet).
Every match which is terminated before the 90 minutes regulation time and not restarted and played to its conclusion on the same day will be deemed void (including the score at half time or any other bet, like first goal scorer, first corner kick, GG/NG etc.) for an efficient betting regulation (even if replayed or restarted on another date).
The bets remain valid in the event that a football match (which has not kicked off) is postponed or played at the same venue within the 48 hours immediately following the original date/time. If this is not the case, the selection will be deemed void (including half time scoreline and any other bet, such as first goal scorer, first corner kick, GG/NG etc.).
In the event that a postponed or suspended match has been selected within a multiple bet, the bet itself on the whole, will remain valid and will be regulated on the basis of the outcome of the remaining matches which have regularly taken place.
In the event of a switch of Venue (i.e. the match is to be played on the home ground of the visiting team represented by selection "2") or that the match was supposed to be played on neutral ground and in truth, it is played on the home grounds of one of the two teams, or that the match played is different from the one shown on the system (one of the two teams is a different team), the event will be deemed void. However the match will remain valid if it is played at a neutral venue and this wasn't notified beforehand (n).
First Goalscorer: the winning footballer is the one who scores the first goal in the relevant match. The bets placed on other footballers involved in the match are deemed as a loss. The bet will be deemed as a loss if the match ends 0-0. For betting purposes only the 90 minutes regulation time are taken into account: any extra time and penalties are irrelevant to the bet. The bet will be deemed as a loss in the event of an own-goal (for Italian matches "La Gazzetta dello Sport" is the chosen reference tool).
Goalscorer: The footballer who, takes part in any given match and in the course of the 90 minutes regulation time, scores at least a goal, is a winner. For betting purposes only the 90 minutes regulation time are taken into account: any extra time and penalties are irrelevant to the bet. Own goals are also irrelevant to the bet. However, this particular bet will be deemed as a loss if the match ends 0-0.
Total Goals scored in the championship: Total Goals scored in the championship: In order to win one must predict if the total number of goals scored will be less (1) or above (2) the number set. For every cancelled match, whatever the reason, 2 goals will be credited. If 3 or more matches (in the same championship)are cancelled, the event will be deemed void.
Super Goalscorer: predict if the selected player will score the first Goal or any of the Goals in the match. The owngoal will not be taken in cosideration. The owner of the Goal will be decided based on the official data published by the Competent Federation. In case of no Goals, or if the selected player will not take part of the match all the bets will be deemed as a loss. Extra Time excluded
First Team To Score: predict the team who will score first. In case of no goals (final result 0-0) the bet will be deemed as a loss. Owngoals and penalties included.
Goalscorer Head to Head: predict who will be the best goal scorer at the end of World Cup 2006. In case of same number of goals bets will be deemed void. Extra times included. Penalties after the regular time will be not taken in consideration. If a player will not play at least one minute or will not take part of the World Cup, the bet will be deemed 'win' with odd 1.
Group Goals: how many goals will be scored in each group? Extra times included. Penalties after regular time will not be taken in consideration.
Less Goals Head to Head: select which one of the two teams will get less goals during the whole championship. In case of same number of goals bets will be deemed Void. Extra times included. Penalties after regular time will not be taken in cosideration.
More Goals Head to Head: select which one of the two teams will score more goals during the whole championship. In case of same number of goals bets will be deemed Void. Extra times included. Penalties after regular time will not be taken in cosideration.
Most Goal: select which one of the two matches will have more goals. If both of the matches will have the same number of goals or one of the two matches will not start, the bet will be deemed 'win' with odd 1. Extra Time excluded
Total Goals: predict in which interval will be the total number of goals of the match. Extra Time excluded
How Many Corners: predict how many corners there will be during the match. Extra Time excluded
First Substitution: predict which player will take the first substitution. The event will be considered void if nobody will take the first substitution.
First Man of the Match: Select who be nominated 'Man of the Match'. For the final result be taken in cosideration the FIFA ufficial site (http://fifaworldcup.yahoo.com/06/en/w/mom/s.html) who will decide the best player of the match. In case no ufficial bullettin will be published by FIFA, the event will be deemed void.
First Yellow Card: predict which player will take the first yellow card. The event will be considered void If nobody will take a yellow card. The direct red card is not considered in yellow cards. Extra Time excluded
First Goal Method: predict the first goal method.
Goalscorer Match Bet: predict who will score more goals between the two players in the specified date. If one player doesn't play the match the event will be considered void. Extra Time excluded
Numbers of Cards in Match: predict the total number of cards (both yellow and red) in the match. Extra Time excluded
Half With Most Goals: predict in which of the two half times there will be more goals or if the two periods will have the same numbers of goals.
Bet Odds: predict the winning combination. The half times considered (1st Half Time, 2nd Half Time, Extra Times and/or Penalties) are indicated case by case.
Top Goalscorer: predict who will be the top goalscorer. In case of more top goalscorers the winner will be the one which play in the better classified team. If two or more teams finish equal on points will be also considered the head to head between these teams and goal difference, in this order.
Relegation: predict who will be relegated at the end of the season.
Promotion: predict who will be promoted at the end of the season.
Team Over/Under: predict if the showed team will score more or less Goals than the indicated value. If the match will be suspended, all related bets will be deamed Void, REGARDLESS the result of the match at the moment of the suspension.
Team Score/No Score: predict if the showed team will score (1) or not (2) at the indicated date. If the match will be suspended, all related bets will be deamed Void, REGARDLESS the result of the match at the moment of the suspension.
Futsal
All bets on Futsal matches are based on the score at the end of 40 Minutes' Play unless otherwise stated. Extra Time and Penalty Shootouts are not included.
All bets will be void on matches that are abandoned before the completion of 40 Minutes' Play unless otherwise stated.
All bets on matches that are postponed, rearranged or moved to a different venue will be void
Tennis
Antepost bets on the winner of a given tournament are deemed as a loss if the selected player doesn't take part in the competition or withdraws from it.
If the match isn't played due to the fact that one of the two contenders has withdrawn before its commencement, the event will be deemed void.
If one of the two contenders withdraws after the match has begun, the remaining contender will in any case, be declared the winner. The selections on the exact number of games and sets will be deemed void.
In the event that a match is postponed or suspended, the chosen selections will remain valid if the match is played within the 48 hours immediately following the original date/time.
Accepted single bets unless otherwise stated. Bets on the exact number of sets are accepted as singles.
Antepost Match-Ups: if the tennis players competing for the same match-up are eliminated at the same stage of the tournament, the following elements will be considered in this order as shown: number of sets won in that match, fewest sets lost in that match, number of games won in that match, fewest games lost in that match. In the case of a stalemate, the above rules will be applied to the previous matches, until it shall be possible to declare a winner in the match-up. If it should be impossible to establish a winner, the match-up concerned will be deemed void. If a tennis player withdraws before the start of the tournament, the match-up concerned will be deemed void.
Head to Head Games: Select in which one of the 2 matches will be played the greater number of games. In case of tie break during a set (i.e. 7-6 or 6-7) the total number of games is 13. In case of withdrwal, during or before the match, or if the number of games is equal, the event is considered void.
Under/Over Games: You have to foressen if the total number of games will be greater or lesser than the indicated value. In case of tie break during a set (i.e. 7-6 or 6-7) the total number of games is 13. In case of withdrwal, during or before the match, the event is considered void.
Handicap Games: You have to foreseen which player will win the greater number of games. Bet's outcome is determinated considering the sum between handicap and total games won by the favourite player. The favourite player is the one on the left.
Tie break is considered as a single game. In case of withdrawl, during or before the match, the event is considered void.
Motor-racing and Motorbike-racing
1. Antepost bets on the winning driver in the World Championship remain valid even if the selected driver does not take part in the championship, or he doesn't see it through to the end for whatever reason.
2. Antepost bets on the winning driver in the Drivers' Championship are based solely on the points gathered at the end of the last race of the season, regardless of any subsequent disciplinary penalties.
3. If a race is suspended or postponed and it doesn't restart within 72 Hrs of the original date/time the event will be deemed void. All the relative stakes will be refunded.
4. The official arriving grid for the determination of the winner or the finishing order is the one of the 'Podium' at the end of the official race. Future modifications for disciplinary actions from the official jury will be not taken in cosideration.
5. If a driver for any reason doesn't take part to the race or he gives up before the start of the race(the warm-up lap is excluded), all the bets linked to him will be considered voided.
6. If a multiple bet contains an event declared 'void', the same bet is still valid for all other selected events. On the other hand, the single bet on the voided event will be refunded.
7. In the Head to Head speciality, a bet will be deemed 'void' if a driver gives up before the begining of the race or anyway he doesn't appear on the starting grid.
8. The Head to Head speciality is won by the driver who is classified with the highest finish at the end of the race. In the event that both drivers should withdraw from the race, the winning driver shall be the one who has completed more laps. If both drivers should withdraw from the race having completed the same number of laps, the match-up will be deemed void. In case of void events, multiple bets will remain valid anyway.
9. The official starting grid of the race will determine the winner of the 'POLE POSITION' speciality.
10. For the 'CLASS/NOCLASS' speciality are valid the same rules described above in the paragraphes 4 and 5. Classified is a driver who did at least the 90% of the laps done by the race winner.
Basket, Rugby, Hockey NHL & Football NFL
If matches are postponed and played at a later date and time than within the 48 Hours following the original scheduled date/time/Venue, they are considered void.
If matches are suspended before its official end, without starting the match again on the same day, these are considered void, regardless of any possible decisions relating to the continuation of the event at a later date.
The selections, which refer to a match for which, a bet was placed such as "match winner or winner at half time of a handicap match" and that, after the right amount of handicap was applied, the match still ended in a draw between the two teams, the selections made for this kind of bet, are deemed void.
If a player does not take part in the match during regular time, and a bet was made on the highest scorer, then these bets are considered void.
For Hockey and NHL, for the purpose of establishing a "winner of a Handicap match", "over/under" and "match winner" since there is no 'X' option which refers to a draw result, the final result achieved at the end of the match considers also points scored in over/extra time are considered.
For Basket NBA, for the purpose of establishing a "winner of a Handicap match", "over/under" and "match winner" will be considered the final result achieved at the end of the match including eventually also extra time. On the other side, for generic basket will be considered only official regulation time (unless otherwise stated)
All the selections and all the special bets offered on a match which has been switched and will be played on the visiting team's home ground, will be deemed void. The original bets will remain valid if the match is played at a neutral Venue and this had not been revealed.
First scorer: In Rugby, for betting purposes free-kicks and penalties are not considered.
Winning margin: the meaningful result is the one at the end of regulation time and any handicap offered on the match is irrelevant.
Basketball
The result of a basketball game is established at the end of the game. Unless otherwise stated, extra time is not included.
The Over-Under (O/U) result is given by the total number of points scored by the two teams. Unless otherwise stated, extra time is not included. In case, the total number of points is equal to the value shown in the over/under bet, then the bet will results as void. The over time is included, when one can bet on Head to Head (HH).
Head to Head (HH). You have to predict which team will score the most points (or total sum of points) in the match.
In the event of a tie, bets will be deemed void. If any of the teams dont play, the selection will be deemed void.
Handicap:Winning bets must predict the winner of the match after the adjustment of the handicap value. In case of handicap games, when the result is draw, the bet is considered void.
The over time is included, when one can bet whether one team or the other will win the match. Therefore there is no X (draw) bet. For example for NBA and NCAA Matches over time is included.
For the following list of basket events, only points made during the regular time are valid. These are Italian Basket, German Basket, French Basket, Greek Basket, Euroleague Basket, and Uleb Basket.
For the following basket events, extra time or supplementary time is valid. These include NBA, NCAA, Russian Basket, Turkish Basket, Baltic Basket, Estonian Basket, Poland Basket, British League Basket, Adriatic League Basket, Czech Republic Basket, BNL Basket and Finland Basket.
Rugby
Rugby matches are based on the score at the end of 80 Minutes' Play, unless otherwise stated or the bet has already been settled and one has to bet which one will be the winning team.
European Ice Hockey
All bets on Ice Hockey matches are based on the score after 60 Minutes' Play. Overtime and Shootouts are not included.
All bets will be void on matches abandoned before 55 minutes unless already settled or otherwise stated.
All bets will be void on matches that are postponed or rescheduled to play unless the match is rescheduled to play within the following two calendar days of the original starting time.
If there is a change of venue, all bets are void.
Over/Under: Winning bets must predict whether the total number of goals is over or under the quoted level.
Overtime is only included in matches such as NHL where X (draw) is not included.
American Football
The result of American Football matches is deemed to be established at the end of the match, including any extra time. In the event of a match being suspended or postponed and not completed on the scheduled date, all bets are deemed void unless rearranged and played in the same day, except for those bets that have already been determined at the time of abandonment or postponement.
In all American Football bets offered, the team playing at home is the one listed first. For bets to be valid, unless otherwise specified, at least 55 minutes of play must have taken place. Overtime is always included unless otherwise specified.
If a team is designated to play at home and the game is moved to a venue outside of the state where it resides, bets will be made void.
Volleyball
All bets on Volleyball matches are based on the score at Full Time. Overtime is not included unless otherwise stated.
Handball
The result of a handball game is established at the end of normal time. Unless otherwise stated, extra time is not included. If a game is suspended or postponed and is not completed within 24hr of the scheduled date, the selection will be deemed void.
Baseball
All games must start on the scheduled date for bets to have action. If a game has been postponed or cancelled before its due start time, all bets are deemed void.
Major League Baseball (MLB) games are official after five innings of play or 4.5 innings if the home team is leading.
In the event of a pitching change prior to the match, all bets on the match will be void.
Starting pitchers must throw at least one pitch for bets to stand. For the purposes of these rules, each team's starting pitcher is defined as the pitcher that throws the first pitch.
If a game is 'called', or suspended etc, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called). Please note that suspended games do not carry over.
When betting on over/under, the game must go to 9 innings (8 1/2 if the home team is ahead) to have action.
A total line is offered on the predicted total number of runs scored in the game. Prices are offered for the actual score to be over or under this quote. The game total result is the combined total runs for both teams at the end of the match, including extra innings.
Cycling
Guess who will be competitor who will end the race in the better position. Both runners must begin the race, otherwise the bet will be deemed 'win' with odd 1. If one the two competitors gives up during the race, the other one will be deemed winner. If both competitors do not end the race, the Head To Head speciality will be considered 'win' with odd 1.
Antepost Winner: bets on the winner of a specific event (ex. Giro d'Italia, Tour de France) remain valid even if the selected competitor should not take part in the race, or see it through to its conclusion for whatever reason.
Stage Winner: the winner is the competitor who crosses the finishing line in first place in the official finishing order given at the end of the race. Only single bets are accepted. Cannot combine with other sports.
Antepost Match-Ups: single bets accepted not to be combined with other sports. The winning competitor shall be the one with the highest ranking in the general standings at the end of the event. If all the contenders for a match-up withdraw, the winner is he who has completed the highest number of stages. In the event of a stalemate the match-up will be deemed void.
Match-Ups: Minimum 3 selections not to be combined with other sports. The winner will be the best placed competitor in the official finishing order. If both competitors should not complete the stage the match-up will be deemed void (odds 1.00). For betting purposes, the other match-ups played will remain valid. If a competitor does not take part in the stage for whatever reason, the match-up concerned will be deemed void.
Outright: you have to guess which cyclist is going to win the competition (final result). If a cyclist resigns, bets will be considered lost.
If one stage of the competition is suspended or postponed, all bets concerning this stage are considered void. However in the case of multiple bets, any other selections in the bet will remain valid.
Head to Head competitions: The winner of this type of competition is the cyclist who finishes the race in the shortest amount of time. If a cyclist, who registered for the tournament, is not present at the start of the race, all bets concerning this cyclist will be considered void. Any other selections in the bet will remain valid. If a cyclist, who is part of a Head-to-Head competition, resigns during the race, all bets will be declared lost. If both cyclists in a Head-to-Head competition do not finish the stage, all bets will be considered void. Any other selections in the bet will remain valid.
Ski
If a ski event is suspended or postponed, the bets concerned remain valid as long as the event is completed on the same track within 48 hours. If the same event is staged on a different track, the event is deemed void.
In a head to head bet the winner will be the skier with the shortest overall time. Where there is more than one run in a race the overall time will be based on the aggregate time for both runs. In instances where both skiers fail to complete the two runs, the loser is assessed in the following order:
1. the one who does not finish the 2nd run;
2. the one who does not qualify for the 2nd run;
3. the one who does not finish the 1st run.
In instances where both skiers fail to qualify for the 2nd run (case 2 above), the winner will be the one with the fastest time at the completion of the 1st run. The head to head bet will be deemed void (with odds equal to 1.00) in the following instances:
1. If one of the skiers does not compete in the event;
2. If both skiers have the same overall time;
3. If both skiers do not finish the 1st run.
Golf
Winner of the tournament shall be the player who has completed the course with the fewest number of strokes. In the case of a final stalemate between two or more players, the result of the replay between the same, will be taken into account.
Runners-up: The rules applied are the same as for Ex-Aequo.
The number of runners-up will be communicated each time.
In the match-ups, the winning golfer is he who will have played the greatest number of holes. In the event that both should manage to play the same number of holes, the winning golfer, is he who has hit them in the fewest strokes. Should there still be a stalemate, the match-up will be deemed void with odds equal to 1.00. The match-up is also deemed void, when one or both competitors do not take part in the tournament.
Bets on players that don't hit the ball from the tee will be deemed void. A player who withdraws from play or is disqualified after hitting the ball from the tee, is deemed a loser.
In the event that the set number of holes in a tournament is reduced, the official result will be deemed correct. All the bets placed after the conclusion of the last round will be deemed void.
2/3 balls: the player with the smallest score is the winner. In the event of a draw for which no odds were offered the Ex-Aequo rule will apply. If one of the players does not complete the 18 holes of the round, all the 2/3 ball bets concerned will be deemed void.
Matches on 72 holes and 72 holes 3 balls: The winner is he who achieves the smallest score at the end of the tournament, including play-offs'. For bets based on the exact result at the end of the tournament, in the event that one of the players doesn't hit the ball from the tee in the first round, all bets will be deemed void. If a player doesn't manage the cut, he is deemed a loser. If none of the players' manage the cut, the winner is he who has the smallest score before the cut.
Boxe
After the start of the first round(bell sound) bets on the event are deemed valid regardless of match duration.
If in a boxing encounter odds are offered for a draw (X) and the draw takes place, BETCHANCE will only pay bets placed on that selection and will not refund the others.
If the date of the fight is postponed for over a week, the event will be deemed void.
Total Rounds: predict how many rounds there will be in the specified matches.
Athletics
The winner is the athlete classified as first in the official finishing order table given at the end of the event. Any change to the finishing order which may subsequently happen, will not be deemed valid. If an athlete , for whatever reason, should not take part in the event, or should withdraw during its proceedings, the bet will in any case, be deemed as a loss.
Match-Ups with two: The best ranked athlete in the official finishing order wins the match-up . The clash is valid if both the athletes take part in the FINAL. In the case one of the two athletes is forced to withdraw for whatever reason, the match-up will be deemed void with odds equal to 1.00. In the event that the two athletes are ranked in the same position in the official finishing order ranking table , the match-up will be deemed void with odds equal to 1.00.
A Pair: in a pair it is necessary to predict the two athletes who will finish first and second in the official finishing order table. A pair is not ordered, so it is indifferent who arrives first or second.
Cricket
Winner match: all bets will be examined on the basis of the official rules of the competition, including matches with a limited number of overs.
If the competition ends in a draw and no odds had been offered thereupon, all bets will be deemed void.
In the event that a match doesn't start (i.e. no ball is thrown) owing to external circumstances, all bets will be deemed void.
Winner, final victory-test matches: bets are valid if at least one ball is thrown .The final winner is the one nominated by the competent authorities.
If the opposition side doesn't coincide with the original squad at the time the bet was made, the latter will be deemed void.
Winner in a Series: Bets are valid if at least one match has been played.
Exact result in a Series: if the number of set matches is not completed, bets will be deemed void (unless an adequate number of Test Matches is played and provides the outcome of the Series ).
Best batsman in match: bets refer only to the first innings, unless otherwise specified. Bets on players who are not nominated in the starting 11, will be deemed void. Bets on players, nominated in the starting 11, who don't bat, will be deemed as a loss.
Best batsman/pitcher of the Series: bets are deemed valid regardless of the fact that the player bats or not. Best pitcher: The same rules as the best batsman apply, unless otherwise stated.
Darts
Match: The player who goes through to the next round is deemed the winner, as long as one player of the two has thrown at least one dart at the beginning of the first set .If the first dart is not thrown, bets are deemed as void.
Exact result: bets made on this special range will be deemed valid only if the set number of sets or legs is completed.
Biliard
Final Victory: In the event that a player doesn't take part in the match bets will remain valid.
Match: the player that goes through to the next stage will be deemed as the winner, as long as one of the players started the game (i.e. had at least a shot). If the match doesn't begin, bets are to be deemed void.
Exact number of shots: bets made on this special range, will be deemed valid only if the set number of shots is completed, otherwise the bet will be deemed void.
Match betting, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner, providing one of the players has broken off at the start of the first frame. If the break off does not take place, all bets are void.
Horse Racing (Turf & Trotting)
1. Head-to-Head Bet where at least one horse completes the race is determined on the basis of the declared official result.
2. A Head-to-Head Bet where both horses fail to get an official result is declared void.
3. A Head-to-Head Bet where both horses are recorded with the same official time is determined on the basis of which horse is notified in the Result as ahead of the other horse; if it is impossible to determine whether one horse is ahead of the other horse, on the basis of the Result, the Bet is declared void.
4. A Head-to-Head and/or Triple Head bet is declared void in the event that
Other Sports / Events
Political Elections / Miss Italia / Academy Awards: The final outcome is the result of all the voting (unless otherwise stated) regardless of any intermediate rounds or ballots. A bet will be deemed valid and judged as a loss even if none of the candidates for whom odds are offered wins.
For other Sports/Events special rules will be posted each time on the company's' communication channels (typically at the foot of the odds for the event concerned).
