Part 3 -The Company Rules
Updated: 04/11/08
Section 1: General Rules
While every effort is made to ensure complete accuracy,
BETBULL does not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions with regard
to the display of selections or event times. BETBULL reserves the right to
correct errors of timing and settlement. It is the responsibility of the member
to ensure that he/she is aware of the rules relating to individual markets.
BETBULL cannot accept liability for any errors in respect of the posting of
prices by members. BETBULL cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect
prices, results, live scores, times, general statistics and selections. BETBULL
reserves the right to make changes in order to account for any error.
We reserve the right to amend the above rules at any time. The amendments will
become effective from the time they are posted on the web site.
At the actual start time of an event, the relevant markets will be suspended
and all unmatched bets will be cancelled with unmatched stakes returning to the
accounts of members.
In the case of a market re-opening during an event, new bets may be made and
accepted. In such instances, additional specific rules may be applicable. These
will be clearly displayed on our website while the event is taking place.
BETBULL reserves the right to void all bets matched after the actual start time
of any event.
Please note that market rules can vary with regard to venue changes,
postponements and abandonments. More specific information can be found in the
rules for the sport in question.
Abandoned / Postponed Events
If an event does not start at its scheduled start time, BETBULL will void the
event after 36 hours unless it has been completed by this time. This stands
true unless a specific sport's rule or market information section states
something different. If an event starts but is abandoned, all bets will be
voided after 36 hours unless completed.
Results
BETBULL reserves the right to hold off settlement of any market until we are
satisfied with the result. Our markets are settled according to the Press
Association.
Dead-Heats
In the event of two or more selections dead-heating in a market, the sum of
money involved in each individual matched bet will be divided proportionately
among all involved parties, less commission.
Venue changes
If a venue change results in a match being played in the original away team's
home venue, all bets will be voided unless explicitly stated in the market
information.
Qualifying Markets
Any 'to qualify' markets will be settled on the basis of a
selection reaching the next stage of a competition as per the market
information. If a selection qualifies but fails to take part in the next stage
for any reason, the result will still stand. This includes disqualification and
result amendment.
Special Bets
BETBULL will not manage 'Special Bets' markets unless
specified in the market information. We advise all members to read the market
information for each 'Special Bet' market they bet into as they all vary. All
members are responsible for managing their bets in these markets and we advise
caution, as it is possible results can be known before they are announced.
In-Running
Points:
1) BETBULL reserves the right to suspend an in-running market or withhold
turning an event in-running at any time if technical difficulties or loss of
transmissions are encountered.
2) Users should be aware that transmissions described as live by some
broadcasters may actually be delayed.
3) During in-running events there is a built in delay for processing bets.
Depending on the sport this could be up to 10 seconds. Members must wait for
confirmation after the delay that their bet has been placed.
4) A bet placed at an unmatched price, when the user confirms the bet, is not
subject to an in-running delay, i.e. the bet will appear unmatched on the site
instantly.
5) A bet placed at a price that will match, when the user confirms the bet, is
subject to an in-running delay.
6) Important Note: Any bets placed where an in-running delay is in operation
cannot be cancelled until the duration of the delay has been fulfilled.
Unmatched bets can be cancelled thereafter.
7) A change to the stake of an in-running bet does not subject it to an
in-running delay (hence the price with new stake will be immediately visible on
the event card).
8) A change to a price such that the bet will not match is not subject it to an
in-running delay. A change to a price such that the bet will match is subject
to an in-running delay.
Unmanaged In-Running
Unmanaged In-Running markets will not be actively managed
In-Running by BETBULL. Unmatched bets will be cancelled at the scheduled start
of the market only.
Please read and check your understanding of the points below as BETBULL will
not accept any liability for members placing bets into Unmanaged Markets.
Points:
1) When a member is offering or accepting an existing bet, there will be a
delay between the time that the member confirms the offer and the time that it
is entered into the exchange. This delay will be specified in the market
information.
2) The market will be turned In-Running at the scheduled start time, not the
exact start time.
3) The market will be suspended after a period of time detailed in the market
information.
4) Once In-Running, unmatched bets will not be cancelled at any stage by
BETBULL until the market result has been confirmed.
5) Members should be aware that transmissions described as live by some
broadcasters may actually be delayed.
6) We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to void a contract for any
reason either before or after it is settled. The Company shall not be obliged
to notify members of the reason for voiding a contract. The Company will
release funds due to members when a contract is voided, except where fraudulent
activity is suspected and is under investigation.
7) We reserve the right to recover from members any stakes returned or winnings
paid out in error or which are the subject of a disputed contract.
If you have any further queries about this market, please contact our Helpdesk.

Section 2: American Football
If a match is abandoned prior to its completion but the result
is declared official by the NFL then all bets will stand. If a match is
abandoned or postponed and lost from the schedule or scheduled to be replayed,
all bets, other than those which have been unconditionally determined already,
will be void, except in circumstances where the game is played at the original
venue within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time.
Money line
(Also known as outright result). Money line bets are on the
outright winner of the game. The winner of a game will be determined by the
official result at the end of the game after regular time and any period of
overtime played. This does not include any post-game disputes by either team
that may change the final outcome of a game at a later point. If after overtime
the result is still not decided all bets will be void and stakes returned.
Handicap line
(Also known as Points Spread). The Favourite in any NFL game
is denoted by a minus sign in front of the point spread. The winning selection
will be settled based on the stated handicap in the market applied to the
result. If the final result fell on the number taken , then the wager shall be
deemed a push, and the member has the stake returned.
Total line
The total line market is on the combined points scored by both
teams in the match, including any points scored during overtime. If the final
result fell on the number taken, then the wager shall be deemed a push, and the
member's stake will be returned.
In-running markets - American Football
At the start of the match/tournament, BETBULL will offer
in-running markets on selected matches and tournaments. At this stage all
unmatched bets are cancelled and the market is turned in-running.. At no stage
prior to the start of the match/tournament will BETBULL cancel any unmatched
bets.
Once started, the in-running market will stay open until the conclusion of the
match/tournament. For outright winner bets, BETBULL will cancel bets at the
start of the Superbowl game.
When a member is accepting an existing offer, there will be a delay in the
in-running market between the time that the member confirms the offer and the
time that it is entered into the exchange. The delay may vary depending on the
market and an exact delay is available in each individual market information
section.

Section 3: Athletics
Should a competitor fail to compete in an event, all bets
involving him/her relating to that particular event will be void. If an athlete
competes but fails to finish, all bets will stand. In the case of a
disqualification, the medals ceremony will be the determining factor in the
settlement of bets. In the absence of a medals ceremony, bets will be settled
on a 'first past the post' basis in accordance with official IAAF results. Bets
on abandoned or postponed events are void unless the event is held at the
original venue within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time.
top
Section 4: Australian Rules
Bets will be settled on the official result. Bets on abandoned
or postponed matches are void unless the match is played at the original venue
within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time.
top
Section 5: Bandy

unless otherwise stated. This includes injury time but not extra time, golden
goal or penalty shoot-out unless stated within the market information.
In certain tournaments, we will enable members to offer odds for a team to
progress to the next round. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that
the correct option is chosen before accepting a bet. Bets are void if: the
official time clock has not reached 85:00, a postponed or abandoned match is
not played at the original venue, or is not played to completion within 36
hours of the original start time.
Bets are not void if the official time clock has reached 85:00 or more, or if
the match is played 3x30 minutes instead of 2x45 minutes.
top
Section 6: Baseball
If a match does not start on the stated date all bets will be
void.
Money Line:
This market is on the outright result of the match, including
extra innings if applicable. At least 5 innings must be played (or 4.5 if the
home team is ahead).
Run Line:
This market is a handicap market. The team with the plus (+)
handicap receives a start from the team with the minus (-) handicap. This
market includes extra innings, if played. Matched bets on this market stand
only if at least nine innings are completed (eight and a half if the home team
is ahead).
Total:
This market is on the total number of runs that will be
scored. Extra innings are included, if applicable. Matched bets on this market
stand only if at least nine innings are completed (eight and a half if the home
team is ahead).
Home Runs:
Home runs scored during the pre and post-season games will not
count for this market. If a player is traded to another team, his runs will be
the total combined scored for both teams. If a player is injured during the
season bets will stand. Players may be added to the market during the course of
the season.
For any markets involving a 'Listed Pitcher', all bets will be void if the

be void unless the result of the market in question has been fully determined
(e.g. halftime handicap). If an official result is declared all bets will
stand. Bets on cancelled or postponed matches are void unless the match is
played on the scheduled date.
All BETBULL basketball rules displayed apply to the National Basketball
Association. All European basketball is governed by the rules displayed in the
market information.
top
Section 8: Boxing
A boxer is deemed to have competed once the bell has sounded
for the first round. If for any reason a points decision is awarded before the
full number of rounds is completed or a boxer is disqualified, bets will be
settled on the round in which the fight was stopped. Bets that nominate 'to win
on points' will only be deemed winners if the full number of rounds is
completed. If a boxer fails to answer the bell, the fight will be deemed to
have ended in the previous round. If for any reason the selected number of
rounds on which a market is based is changed, all round-by-round bets will be
void. All bets will be settled on the official result at the end of the fight.
Any subsequent amendments to the result will not affect settlement.
Bets on abandoned or postponed fights are void unless the fight is staged
within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time. If a fight is postponed
all bets will stand for 36 hours only. If the match is relocated to another
country after BETBULL has opened the market, all bets will be void. If a boxer
withdraws or is substituted before the match starts, all bets will be void.
top
Section 9: Chess
Joint winners of chess tournaments will be settled as dead
heat winners. Tiebreak rules will not be applied.

have won the event. Bets are valid when each player has made at least one move;
otherwise, bets are void and stakes refunded.

Section 10: Cricket
General

or suspended thirty minutes before the scheduled start time. See market rules
for exact details on individual matches and outright market rules.
If a ball has not been bowled, bets will be void.
In the event of a change of venue, bets are void if the new venue is the home
ground of the original away team.
If a match is affected by weather, or shortened for any other reason, match
results will be settled by the official result. This includes matches settled
by the Duckworth-Lewis method.
In-running markets
Thirty minutes before the scheduled start time, the match
markets will be suspended and turned in running. At this point, all unmatched
orders will be cancelled. Once started, the in-running market will stay open
until the conclusion of the match. At no stage will BETBULL cancel any
unmatched bets.
When a member is accepting an existing offer in an in-running market, there
will be up to a 5 second delay between the time that the member confirms the
order and the time that it is entered into the exchange.
Test Matches
All bets on Match Betting markets will be void if the official
result is a tied match in any Test, County or Limited Overs match. In the event
of a match being decided by a bowl-off or toss of the coin all bets will be
void, unless market information states otherwise.
Batsmen markets
If any player named in any 'Top Team Batsman' market is not
chosen, all bets in that market will be void. If any player chosen in the
starting eleven does not bat, he will be deemed to have scored zero. If any
player retires and does not resume his innings his score will stand.
Number of runs per innings
The result of this market is determined by the total number of
runs scored by a team in the course of an innings.
top
Section 11: Cycling

involving him/her relating to that particular event will be void. In the case
of a disqualification, the podium ceremony will be the determining factor in

post' basis. Bets on postponed events are void unless the race is held at the
original venue within 36 hours of the original scheduled start time. In the

involving set betting, total games, correct score, next leg winner and handicap
will be void.
All bets will stand if the venue changes after the market has opened.

point will unmatched bets be cancelled by the exchange.

market will be settled on the first Bloomberg price stamp past the quoted

Section 14: GAA (Both Football & Hurling)
All GAA match bets apply to the full match duration, unless otherwise stated.
This includes injury time but not extra time. Bets on abandoned or postponed
matches are void unless the match is played at the original venue within 36
hours of the original scheduled start time.
top
Section 15: Golf
If a tournament is shortened for any reason, all bets will be
settled on the official result, regardless of the number of rounds played.
However, should there be no play after an offer is matched, that contract will
be void. Once a player has teed off, all bets for or against that player will
stand.
In exceptional circumstances, most likely caused by weather delays, where an
original two ball is joined by another player, or where it is split up so that
both players are playing in other groups, all bets placed will stand, so long
as both players complete the round in question.
Tournament Match Markets
The winner is the player with the better finishing position. A
player that makes the cut will be deemed the winner over a player that misses
the cut. In the case of both players missing the cut, the player with the
better score will win the match. If a player retires or is disqualified before
the cut, his opponent is deemed the winner for match purposes. If both players
retire or are disqualified before the cut all bets on that match will be void.
If a player retires or is disqualified after making the cut, he will be deemed
the winner over a player who misses the cut. If both players retire or are
disqualified after the cut all bets on that match will be void. If both players
tie for first and a playoff is used to divide them, this will determine the
outcome of the match.
18 Hole Three Ball/Two Ball Markets
If one of the players fails to complete the round or is
disqualified, the other player will be deemed the winner in two ball markets.
In three ball markets the winner will be determined from the remaining pair. If
both players fail to complete the round or match, or are disqualified, all bets
will be void in two ball markets. All players must tee off for bets to stand.
If the match is a tie, dead-heat rules apply. In 2/3 ball betting the winner
will be the player in the pairing or group with the lowest score over 18 holes.
Outright Markets
Should a competitor fail to compete in an event, all bets
involving him/her relating to that particular event will be void. In the event
of a tie for first place, the result of the play-off will determine the winner.
In-running markets - Golf
At the start of the tournament, all unmatched bets are
cancelled and the market is turned in-running. At no stage prior to the start
of the tournament will BETBULL cancel any unmatched bets.
Once started the "outright" in running market will stay open until the
conclusion of the tournament. At no stage will BETBULL cancel any unmatched
bets.
When a member is accepting an existing offer, there will be a 3 second delay in
the in-running market between the time that the member confirms the offer and
the time that it is entered into the exchange.
Group Betting
Groups will consist of four or more players and the winner
will be the player achieving the highest placing at the end of the tournament.
If a player retires or is disqualified after teeing off, they are regarded as a
loser. Any player missing the cut will be considered a loser. If all of the
players miss the cut, the lowest score after the cut has been made will be the
winner. If a player doesn't start they are regarded as a non-runner and a
deduction will apply. Dead heat rules apply except where the winner is
determined by a play-off.
Place Betting / Each-Way Betting
These markets will be settled according to the number of
places in the market information. Dead heat rules apply except where a winner
is determined by a play-off. Should a competitor fail to compete in an event,
all bets involving him/her relating to that particular event will be void. In
the event of a tie for first place, the result of the play-off will determine
the winner.
top
Section 16: Greyhound Racing
If a non-runner or reserve runner is declared, BETBULL will
void all matched bets and cancel any unmatched bets. A new market will then be
opened. If the venue is changed after the markets are opened, all bets will be
void and the markets set-up again. If a race finishes with no runners or the
race is declared void, all bets will be void. In ante-post markets, all bets on
individual greyhounds stand whether the greyhound runs or not. All ante-post
bets will be void if the competition is abandoned or the venue is changed.
top
Section 17: Handball
For all markets, bets placed on handball games are 60 minutes
play only, and exclude overtime and penalty shoot-out if played.
top
Section 18: Horse Racing
All bets will be settled according to the official result at
the time of the "weigh-in". If a race venue or running surface (e.g. turf/dirt)
is altered, all bets made and bets entered into before the alteration will be
void.
Abandoned and Postponed Races
If a race is postponed / abandoned all bets, including
ante-post bets, will be void. If a race is postponed but run at the same venue
within 60 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets will stand.
In the event of a false start or similar incident resulting in a race being
re-run, 'under starters orders' is negated and stakes will be refunded on
horses taking no part in the re-run, with returns on the remaining runners
subject to a deduction.
Ante-post
Ante-post betting is deemed to finish at the final declaration
stage. Any bets entered into the ante-post market before the final declaration
stage will stand whether the horse runs or not unless the horse is balloted
out.
Bets matched on horses after they have forfeited their entry at an entry stage
are void unless that race has a later supplementary entry stage. No BETBULL
non-runner rule deductions are made to ante-post bets.
If a race is postponed or rescheduled to another time at the same venue and the
conditions of the race do not change, then ante-post bets will stand unless
entries are re-opened.
Ante-post bets are void if the race is officially abandoned or declared void or
the conditions of the race are altered.
If BETBULL is made aware that a horse listed in an ante-post market has died,
all ante-post markets containing the selection will be suspended. If BETBULL is
satisfied that all the information presented is factual, the selection will be
removed from the market and the market reactivated. BETBULL will void all bets
on this market from midnight on the date of the death if believed appropriate.
In the instance of a horse dying on the racetrack while it is entered in any of
our ante-post races, BETBULL will void all bets on those ante-post races from
the start time of the race in question. Where a horse dies on the track, while
not engaged in a race (e.g. when going down to post), BETBULL will void all
bets at a time of our discretion.
BETBULL reserve the right at any time to suspend the market for administrative
purposes.

German Racing Rules
Win Terms
For German Horse Racing, card numbers are posted only as a
guide. The bet itself is placed on the named horse.
Place Terms
The number of runners in the declarations determines the
number of place horses, unless non-runners become known. Markets will be
settled as follows: 4-6 runners 1st and 2nd. 7+ runners 1st, 2nd and 3rd unless
stated within the market information. Once the market is displayed, any further
non-runners will not affect the number of places. If the situation occurs where
the number of winners equals the number of runners, all bets in this market
will be void. Card numbers are posted only as a guide. The bet itself is placed
on the named horse.
Please note: Occasionally horses can participate in a
race but the racing stewards have deemed it will not be included for betting
purposes. This can happen if there is a jockey change and the weight due to be
carried has changed considerably. Should this happen a runner will be treated
exactly the same as if it was a non-runner and the deduction factor will
therefore be applied.
French Horse Racing Rules
Win Terms
For French Horse Racing, card numbers are posted only as a
guide. The bet itself is placed on the named horse. Horses are not coupled for
betting purposes.
Place Terms
The number of runners in the declarations determines the
number of place horses, unless non-runners become known. Markets will be

the number of winners equals the number of runners, all bets in this market
will be void. Card numbers are posted only as a guide. The bet itself is placed
on the named horse. Horses are not coupled for betting purposes.
Match Markets
In a match market set up as Horse A versus the field, all bets
will stand providing Horse A and at least one horse representing the field run.
In a match market set up as Horse A versus Horse B, if one or both horses are
declared non-runners prior to coming under starter's orders, all bets on that
match will be void. If neither horse completes the course, the horse which has
completed more of the course shall be deemed the winner. In the case of
trotting races if both horses are disqualified all bets on that match will be
void.
Total Winning Distances Bets
Total winning distances bets are on the sum of the winning
distances from each race on one particular day at a race meeting.
The winning distance in a race will be the officially declared distance between
the first two horses past the post that have completed the race and followed
the correct course.
For the purpose of this bet the maximum distance on any individual race will be
12 lengths for Flat races, 10 lengths for Trotting races and 30 lengths for
National Hunt races. For distances below half a length the following scale will
be applied:
- Nose 0.05 length
- Short-head 0.1 length
- Head 0.2 length
- Short-neck 0.25 length
- Neck 0.3 length
If a meeting has three or more races abandoned or declared void, then all
'winning distance' bets, except those that have been unconditionally
determined, will be void.
When only one or two races are abandoned or declared void 'winning distance'
bets will be settled with a default distance used for each abandoned or void
race. The following distances will be applied:
- Flat: 2 lengths
- Trotting: 2.5 lengths
- Jump racing: 6 lengths
In the case of a Walkover or no horse finishing the race the following
distances will be applied:
- Flat: 2 lengths
- Trotting: 2.5 lengths
- Jump racing: 6 lengths
Non-Runner Rules and Deduction Factors
All horse racing markets displayed on BETBULL are subject to a
Rule 4 deduction, in the event of a non-runner. The deduction factors are an
adaptation of Tattersalls Rule 4 and take account of the differences between
traditional and exchange betting. The deduction factors are in place to ensure
the smooth and fair running of the horse racing markets on the exchange.
BETBULL reserves the right to adjust deduction factors at any time.
All runners will have a Rule 4 deduction rate allotted to them from the opening
of the market. This will be determined by BETBULL with reference to the Racing
Post and other information sources. The rate for each runner will be published
on the website at the time that the market goes live. The sum of the deduction
rates on all runners at the opening of the win market will equal 100%.
As soon as BETBULL becomes aware of a non-runner in a race, that horse will be
removed from the betting and denoted as such on the event card. All bets placed
on the non-runner will be voided. If the race is in-running and a withdrawal is
not possible due to a lack of confirmation, BETBULL reserves the right to
withdraw and apply a deduction after the race.
In the Win and Each Way markets if the deduction factor of the non-runner is
greater than 2.5%, the odds of all the matched bets on the remaining horses
will be reduced by the amount of the non-runner's final deduction factor, and
all the unmatched bets to Lay any of the remaining horses will be cancelled. If
the non-runner's deduction factor is 2.5% or less in a win market no deductions
will be made and no unmatched bets will be cancelled. In Place markets the
deduction factor of all non-runners will be applied and the odds of matched
bets on the remaining horses will be reduced by an amount equal to the
non-runner's final deduction factor. If the non-runner's deduction factor is
less than 4% in the place market no deductions will be made and no unmatched
bets will be cancelled.
As a result of any non-runner, all the deduction factors on the remaining
horses will be adjusted to reflect their improved chance of winning.
Example: Win or Each Way Markets
Horse A with a deduction rate of 15% is withdrawn and an order
has been matched on another horse, Horse B, at odds of 5/1 or 6.00. The matched
part on the horse at 6.0 is recalculated to reflect this (6.0 x 0.85 = 5.10).
Therefore, Horse B's matched price is now 5.10. All other unmatched lay offers
will be cancelled (providing the deduction factor is greater than 2.5%). All
back bets (matched) will be subject to the same calculation, i.e. (odds of
every horse x 0.85) All back bets (unmatched) will remain unchanged at the
requested odds.
Points to note: Win markets
1) If deduction factor is less than 2.50 no unmatched orders
will be cancelled.
2) Deduction factors are calculated on full odds 5/1 or 6.0
3) The deduction rate applies only to bets placed before BETBULL deems a horse
to be a non-runner. Any bets placed after this time will not be subject to the
original deduction.
4) Odds may be reduced further if other horse (s) are subsequently declared a
non-runner(s)
5) If the combined deduction factors of 2 or more horses is 2.5 % or greater
odds will be reduced as shown in the Example: Win Markets above
Points to note: Each Way markets
1) If deduction factor is less than 2.50 no unmatched orders
will be cancelled.
2) Deduction factors are calculated on full odds 5/1 or 6.0
3) The deduction rate applies only to bets placed before BETBULL deems a horse
to be a non-runner. Any bets placed after this time will not be subject to the
original deduction.
4) Odds may be reduced further if other horse (s) are subsequently declared a
non-runner(s)
5) If the combined deduction factors of 2 or more horses is 2.5 % or greater
odds will be reduced as shown in the Example: Win Markets above.
6) If a non-runner reduces the number of places into another band, then the
revised place terms will be applied to all bets in the market.
Place terms for Each Way Markets
See the relevant country's place betting rules for place terms
for each way markets Example: Place Markets: Horse C with a deduction rate of
15% is withdrawn and an order has been matched on another horse, Horse D, at
odds of 5/1 or 6.00. The win portion of matched bets will be reduced by 15%
(win portion 5.0 x 0.85 +1.0 = 5.25). Therefore, Horse B's matched price is now
5.25. All other unmatched back/lay offers will be cancelled (providing the
deduction factor is 4% or greater)
Points to note: Place markets
1) If deduction factor is less than 4.0% no unmatched orders
will be cancelled.
2) Unmatched orders will not be cancelled when a horse is withdrawn in a place
market.
3) Deduction factors are calculated on odds, not stake
4) The deduction rate applies only to bets placed before BETBULL deems a horse
to be a non-runner. Any bets placed after this time will not be subject to the
original deduction.
5) Odds may be reduced further if other horse (s) are subsequently declared a
non-runner(s)
6) If the combined deduction factors of 2 or more horses is 4.0% or greater
odds will be reduced as shown in the Example: Place Markets: above.
Please note you can set your own personal preference option regarding R4
calculations by clicking onto the My Preferences section of your account and
amending accordingly.
Aggregate Deduction factors
If the aggregate deduction factor of 2 or more horses, whose
deduction factors did not previously affect bets, reaches 2.5% or greater, all
bets matched at that time will be reduced in line with this aggregated
deduction factor
1. WIN / Each Way markets:
If the combined aggregate deduction factors of 2 or more
horses is 2.5 % or greater odds will be reduced as shown in the example:
NR withdrawn at 1.5%:
. Matched bets not re-priced as deduction factor is less than
2.5%
. But sum of Deduction factors on runners is reduced from 100% to 98.5%
NR Withdrawn at 1%:
. 1% of 98.5% = 0.98%, + previous deduction of 1.5% =
aggregate deduction factor of 2.48%.
. Aggregate deduction is less than 2.5% so Matched bets are not re-priced but
the sum of Deduction factors on all runners is further reduced to 97.52%
NR Withdrawn at 0.5%:
. 0.5% of 97.52% = 0.49 + previous deductions of 2.48% =
aggregate deduction factor of 2.97%.
. As aggregate is now at 2.5% or greater, all bets matched on this race up
before the 2.5% or greater aggregate was reached, are now re-priced according
to the aggregate deduction factor of 2.97%
. After the re-pricing, the sum of deduction factors on all runners has now
reverted back to the normal 100%
2. Place markets:
If the combined aggregate deduction factors of 2 or more
horses is 4.0% or greater odds will be reduced as shown in the Example:
Aggregate Deductions
Example Aggregate deduction factors Place Market:
NR withdrawn at 2%:
. Matched bets not re-priced as deduction factor is less than
4%
. But sum of Deduction factors on runners is reduced from 100% to 98%
NR Withdrawn at 2%:
. 2% of 98% = 1.96%, + previous deduction of 2% = aggregate
deduction factor of 3.96%.
. Aggregate deduction is less than 4% so matched bets are not re-priced but the
sum of Deduction factors on all runners is further reduced to 96.04%
NR Withdrawn at 1%:
. 1% of 96.04% = 0.96 + previous deductions of 3.96% =
aggregate deduction factor of 4.92%.
. As aggregate is now at 4% or greater, all bets matched on this race up before
the 4% or greater aggregate was reached, are now re-priced according to the
aggregate deduction factor of 4.92%
. After the re-pricing, the sum of deduction factors on all runners has now
reverted back to the normal 100%

Section 29: Multiples
Multiple bets consist of at least a bet involving two or more selections in
different events. All selections selected in multiple bets are subject to
BETBULL "Company Rules" In the event of one or more of your selections/teams
etc not taking part your bet will revert to the multiple immediately preceding
your original bet. A treble becomes a double; a double becomes a single etc.
Related contingency bets are not accepted and will be prompted with a
submission error pop up. When the same selection is taken to win more than one
event, the only bets available are singles. When we offer betting opportunities
from the same event, these cannot be combined in accumulative bets where the
outcome is related.
For example,
Champions League - Real Madrid to win 3-0 and to win the match cannot be
combined in a double. Double - A Double is one bet on two selections in
different events. Both selections must be successful to have a return Treble -
A Treble is one bet on three selections in different events. All three
selections must be successful to have a return Fourfold - A Fourfold is one bet
on four selections in different events. All four selections must be successful
to have a return. Fivefold - A Fivefold is one bet on five selections in
