Part 2 - Terms and Conditions of Clientship as of 8 August 2005

1 Your agreement with the Company

BY CLICKING THE "ACCEPT" ICON ON OUR BETBULL WEBSITE YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY AND TO BECOME A PARTY TO THE COMPANY RULES AND THE PRIVACY POLICY (AS EACH MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME) WHICH, TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF ANY CONTRACTS ENTERED INTO BY YOU AND BETBULL BOOKMAKERS ("THIS AGREEMENT") GOVERN YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH US.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO EACH AND EVERY TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT, CLICK THE "CANCEL" ICON AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SECTION ON THE BETBULL WEBSITE.

FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, WE MAY, AT OUR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, REFUSE YOUR REQUEST TO USE THE EXCHANGE.

In consideration of our providing the BETBULL Services to you, you agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

2 The role of the Company

BETBULL provides the Exchange Services for fixed odds betting transcations, i.e. BETBULL enables Clients to place offers for a bet and/or to accept offers for a bet that do not have a counterpart. The role of BETBULL BOOKMAKERSis to act as a bookmaker to clients who wish to make offers to the Exchange. These offers if matched or partially matched will become betting contracts between BETBULL BOOKMAKERS and the involved Clients. BETBULL acts as stakeholder for Clients' funds and provides Clients with a funds-settlement service for the settlement of those contracts. All services (other than guest services) offered by us may only be used by Clients accessing the Exchange after entering their Client Name and Password.

(i) Placing (initial) offers for a bet

When a Client places an initial offer for a bet on the Exchange that does not have a counterpart (Unmachted Offer for a bet), the Client grants to BETBULL an irrevocable authority to display the terms of the Unmatched Offer for a bet for acceptance by other Clients until the offer is accepted by (an)other Client(s) or until the offer expires.

(ii)Acceptance of Unmatched Offers for a bet

Each Unmatched Offer for a bet displayed on the Exchange can be matched (in whole or in part) by a corresponding offer placed by (an)other Client(s). As soon as (in whole or in part) corresponding offers for a bet have been placed on the Exchange and BETBULL has accepted these corresponding offers in terms of completeness and feasibility, BETBULL BOOKMAKERS enters into separate betting contracts with each of the involved Clients, i. e. with the Client who has placed the initial offer for a bet on the Exchange as well as with the Client who has placed the (in whole or in part) corresponding offer for a bet.

BETBULL will provide Clients with an order number in respect of each of their placed offers. Once an offer is matched or partially matched, Clients have thus entered into a betting contract with BETBULL BOOKMAKERS and BETBULL will record the terms of the betting contract on its server and other electronic storage devices. Clients will not be given any details of the provider(s) of the corresponding offer(s).

Once an offer has been submitted into the Exchange, BETBULL will provide a funds-clearance service for the transaction in the following way:

(i) immediately upon a Client submitting an offer into the Exchange, BETBULL will debit the Client's account by the total amount offered (the "Stake") in accordance with the terms of the offer for a bet. The total proposed Stake to be deducted will be notified to the Client before he/she finally places the offer.

(ii) if the offer for a bet is matched or partially matched then, upon settlement of the betting contract in accordance with the Company Rules (as detailed in Part 3 of this Agreement), BETBULL will distribute the Clients' Stakes according to the applicable rules of the betting contract, less the BETBULL commission (deduction on winnings).

(iii) if the offer for a bet is not matched before its expiry, the offering Client will be refunded the Stake.

BETBULL BOOKMAKERS does not enter into a betting contract with a Client unless corresponding and opposing offers have been placed on the Exchange. Thus BETBULL BOOKMAKERS bears none of the risk inherent in betting contracts with the Clients. For the provision of the Exchange Services BETBULL deducts from a Client winnings a consideration of between one (1) and five (5) per cent calculated on the net winnings on any single market (Deduction on Winnings).

3 How to become a Client

To apply for Clientship of the Company, applicants must first complete the online registration process contained on www.betbull.com and indicate their acceptance of all parts of this Agreement. If the applicants are eligible for Clientship of the Company (see paragraph 8 below) and the application is successful, they may open an account with the Company and make offers to other Clients as described in this Agreement.

As part of the application, Clients will be provided with a Client Name and Password. These must be kept confidential as all offers made or accepted using these details will be treated by the Company as valid provided they meet the other criteria for making an offer contained in this Agreement. Each Client may have only one account with the Company.

4 How to make an offer using the Company

To enter into a betting contract with BETBULL BOOKMAKERS, a Client must first make an offer using his/her Password on any event listed in the Exchange stating the terms on which he/she wishes to transact, e.g. event, the selection, outcome, stake and minimum price they are willing to accept. The Exchange will attempt to find opposing Client offers that have already been entered into the Exchange, i.e. those which express an opposing view at equivalent terms or better, which have not yet been matched. Once the Exchange has found such an opposing Unmatched offer, it will automatically match the two corresponding offers and those Clients will each have entered into a betting contract with BETBULL BOOKMAKERS on the terms stated in their opposing offers. This is a binding agreement from which it will not be possible for the Clients to choose to exit and the terms of which they cannot amend.

Clients may only make an offer on events for which there is a market open on the Exchange. Clients may request that markets be opened on new events on the BETBULL Website by emailing BETBULL. BETBULL is under no obligation to open new markets. All offers must be transacted in a selection of major currencies. The current minimum Stake is 2. BETBULL may increase or decrease the minimum Stake at any time.

Telebet Service
With all bets placed over the telephone you are required to give your PAN (personal account number) and your Surname clearly, followed by your bet request. All requests will be called back by the Operator prior to placement to ensure that your instructions have been understood. This may cause a slight delay in the placing of your bet but is essential to ensure your instructions have been correctly understood. It is your responsibility to ensure that the operator has interpreted your instructions correctly. BETBULL will not be responsible for any orders incorrectly communicated to the Operator.

You can ask for a bet confirmation before the order is processed. You must wait for the Operator to confirm that your bet has been 'fully matched', 'partially matched' or remains 'unmatched '.

During In running events there is a built in delay for processing bets. Depending on the sport this could be up to 10 seconds. Clients must wait for confirmation after the delay that their bet has been matched.

All calls to the service are recorded and if the phone call is interrupted the order will not be processed.

Please note that the minimum stake per call is 50/US$50/ 50/US$50/ or 50. 50. BETBULL may increase or decrease the minimum stakes at any time.

Clients are responsible for bets on their account where correct PAN number/surname/usernames are given. These details should remain private and if you believe these are known by another party, call the helpdesk immediately.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have ample time to process the bet, and that funds are available in time to process the order.

All betting contracts are settled subject to the Company Rules contained in Part 3 of this Agreement.

BETBULL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prevent a Client's offer being entered into the Company for any reason. BETBULL shall not be obliged to notify Clients of the reason for refusing an offer.

BETBULL will use all reasonable endeavours to meet any offer cancellation requests. No cancellation of an offer will be effective until the original offer is removed from the Exchange and no longer displayed on the BETBULL Website. As an offer is available on the Exchange until cancelled there is the possibility that an offer may be accepted and matched in the Exchange before the cancellation request can be completed. BETBULL bears no responsibility for delays which may arise between the time a cancellation order is initiated and the time it is actually cancelled.

BETBULL reserves the right to close the Exchange at any time, in order to preserve orderly markets or for any other reason deemed fit by BETBULL.

When an offer is made by a Client, the Exchange will act as stakeholder and agent of the Client and, in accordance with the irrevocable authority given by the Client when submitting the offer, remove appropriate funds from the Client's Account. The funds will be placed in a bank account held by BETBULL (hereinafter the Escrow Funds "). The Stake will be removed from the Client's account and placed in the Escrow Funds and will be notified to the Client before he/she submits a final offer.

By submitting an offer, you grant BETBULL an irrevocable authority to remove appropriate funds from your Client Account. BETBULL shall hold the Escrow Funds in accordance with this irrevocable authority provided to the Company by each Client so as to ensure that the funds are not used for any other purpose until the offer is unmatched and has expired at the stated time for the event, is cancelled or voided or until the offer is matched and the undisputed outcome of the betting contract is known. The Escrow Funds cannot be used by any parties to a contract until the outcome of the bet is determined.

At the time the funds are removed from a Client account by BETBULL i.e. upon an order being entered into on the Exchange, the Client irrevocably and unconditionally authorises BETBULL, should the offer be matched, and once the outcome of the event is known, to pay out as stakeholder from the Escrow Funds the total stakes to the successful party on the winning side of the betting contract, less BETBULL's dedution on winnings.

In the event that an offer is not matched on the Exchange, it will expire at the actual start time of the event on which the offer is made. Upon expiry, the stakes offered that are not matched, or are deemed void, will be returned to the respective Clients' Accounts.

BETBULL reserves the right to recover from Clients any stakes paid out in error or which become the subject of a disputed betting contract. Any stakes that become subject of a disputed betting contract will be placed in a holding account pending resolution of the dispute in accordance with paragraph 14 below.

We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to void a betting contract for any reason either before or after it is settled. BETBULL shall not be obliged to notify Clients of the reason for voiding a betting contract. All void betting contracts will have the Stakes refunded.

When a Client closes his/her Client Account, he/she will be entitled to the return of all funds in his/her account except that Escrow Funds will not be released until the offer has lapsed at the actual time of the event or the offer is cancelled or voided in accordance with this Agreement, or until the offer is matched and the outcome of the betting contract is known, or until any dispute regarding the funds is resolved. You may only offer or accept betting contracts online through the BETBULL Website and through any other medium deemed appropriate by BETBULL.

In the case of bank transfers, to or from the Exchange, Clients are responsible for all bank charges and it may not be possible for the Company to inform Clients of the costs which they will incur. Clients should confirm these costs directly with their bank before initiating such transactions. To assist in the timely and successful transfer of funds to and from your Client Account the Client should complete the bank transfer deposit advice form within the deposits section of the BETBULL Website.

For cheque lodgements, the Company will credit the Client's Account with the equivalent US$ amount as settled by its bank. Clients will only be permitted to offer stakes up to the amount of the current available balance in their Client Account.

For the provision of the Exchange and the Exchange Services betbull deducts from a Client winnings a consideration of between one (1) and ten (10) per cent, with the standard being five (5) per cent, calculated on your net winnings on any single Market.

Neither the balance held in a Client Account nor the funds held by the Company in escrow shall bear interest.

The Company will not allow credit to any Client.

Each Client is responsible for regularly reviewing their Client Account details which are contained in the BETBULL Website under "ACCOUNT" or "MY BETBULL". If you become aware of any inaccuracies in transaction or contact information you must inform BETBULL as soon as possible.

Part 3 -The Company Rules

Updated: 04/11/08

Section 1: General Rules

While every effort is made to ensure complete accuracy, BETBULL does not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions with regard to the display of selections or event times. BETBULL reserves the right to correct errors of timing and settlement. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that he/she is aware of the rules relating to individual markets. BETBULL cannot accept liability for any errors in respect of the posting of prices by members. BETBULL cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect prices, results, live scores, times, general statistics and selections. BETBULL reserves the right to make changes in order to account for any error.

We reserve the right to amend the above rules at any time. The amendments will become effective from the time they are posted on the web site.

At the actual start time of an event, the relevant markets will be suspended and all unmatched bets will be cancelled with unmatched stakes returning to the accounts of members.

In the case of a market re-opening during an event, new bets may be made and accepted. In such instances, additional specific rules may be applicable. These will be clearly displayed on our website while the event is taking place. BETBULL reserves the right to void all bets matched after the actual start time of any event.

Please note that market rules can vary with regard to venue changes, postponements and abandonments. More specific information can be found in the rules for the sport in question.

Abandoned / Postponed Events

If an event does not start at its scheduled start time, BETBULL will void the event after 36 hours unless it has been completed by this time. This stands true unless a specific sport's rule or market information section states something different. If an event starts but is abandoned, all bets will be voided after 36 hours unless completed.

Results

BETBULL reserves the right to hold off settlement of any market until we are satisfied with the result. Our markets are settled according to the Press Association.

Dead-Heats

In the event of two or more selections dead-heating in a market, the sum of money involved in each individual matched bet will be divided proportionately among all involved parties, less commission.

Venue changes

If a venue change results in a match being played in the original away team's home venue, all bets will be voided unless explicitly stated in the market information.

Qualifying Markets

Any 'to qualify' markets will be settled on the basis of a selection reaching the next stage of a competition as per the market information. If a selection qualifies but fails to take part in the next stage for any reason, the result will still stand. This includes disqualification and result amendment.

Special Bets

BETBULL will not manage 'Special Bets' markets unless specified in the market information. We advise all members to read the market information for each 'Special Bet' market they bet into as they all vary. All members are responsible for managing their bets in these markets and we advise caution, as it is possible results can be known before they are announced.

In-Running

Points:

1) BETBULL reserves the right to suspend an in-running market or withhold turning an event in-running at any time if technical difficulties or loss of transmissions are encountered.

2) Users should be aware that transmissions described as live by some broadcasters may actually be delayed.

3) During in-running events there is a built in delay for processing bets. Depending on the sport this could be up to 10 seconds. Members must wait for confirmation after the delay that their bet has been placed.

4) A bet placed at an unmatched price, when the user confirms the bet, is not subject to an in-running delay, i.e. the bet will appear unmatched on the site instantly.

5) A bet placed at a price that will match, when the user confirms the bet, is subject to an in-running delay.

6) Important Note: Any bets placed where an in-running delay is in operation cannot be cancelled until the duration of the delay has been fulfilled. Unmatched bets can be cancelled thereafter.

7) A change to the stake of an in-running bet does not subject it to an in-running delay (hence the price with new stake will be immediately visible on the event card).

8) A change to a price such that the bet will not match is not subject it to an in-running delay. A change to a price such that the bet will match is subject to an in-running delay.

Unmanaged In-Running

3) The market will be suspended after a period of time detailed in the market information.

4) Once In-Running, unmatched bets will not be cancelled at any stage by BETBULL until the market result has been confirmed.

5) Members should be aware that transmissions described as live by some broadcasters may actually be delayed.

6) We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to void a contract for any reason either before or after it is settled. The Company shall not be obliged to notify members of the reason for voiding a contract. The Company will release funds due to members when a contract is voided, except where fraudulent activity is suspected and is under investigation.

7) We reserve the right to recover from members any stakes returned or winnings paid out in error or which are the subject of a disputed contract.

If after overtime the result is still not decided all bets will be void and stakes returned.

Handicap line

(Also known as Points Spread). The Favourite in any NFL game is denoted by a minus sign in front of the point spread. The winning selection will be settled based on the stated handicap in the market applied to the result. If the final result fell on the number taken , then the wager shall be deemed a push, and the member has the stake returned.

Total line

The total line market is on the combined points scored by both teams in the match, including any points scored during overtime. If the final result fell on the number taken, then the wager shall be deemed a push, and the member's stake will be returned.

However, should there be no play after an offer is matched, that contract will be void. Once a player has teed off, all bets for or against that player will stand.

In exceptional circumstances, most likely caused by weather delays, where an original two ball is joined by another player, or where it is split up so that both players are playing in other groups, all bets placed will stand, so long as both players complete the round in question.

Tournament Match Markets

The winner is the player with the better finishing position. A player that makes the cut will be deemed the winner over a player that misses the cut. In the case of both players missing the cut, the player with the better score will win the match. If a player retires or is disqualified before the cut, his opponent is deemed the winner for match purposes. If both players retire or are disqualified before the cut all bets on that match will be void. If a player retires or is disqualified after making the cut, he will be deemed the winner over a player who misses the cut. If both players retire or are disqualified after the cut all bets on that match will be void. If both players tie for first and a playoff is used to divide them, this will determine the outcome of the match.

18 Hole Three Ball/Two Ball Markets

If one of the players fails to complete the round or is disqualified, the other player will be deemed the winner in two ball markets. In three ball markets the winner will be determined from the remaining pair. If both players fail to complete the round or match, or are disqualified, all bets will be void in two ball markets. All players must tee off for bets to stand. If the match is a tie, dead-heat rules apply. In 2/3 ball betting the winner will be the player in the pairing or group with the lowest score over 18 holes.

Outright Markets

When a member is accepting an existing offer, there will be a 3 second delay in the in-running market between the time that the member confirms the offer and the time that it is entered into the exchange.

Group Betting

Groups will consist of four or more players and the winner will be the player achieving the highest placing at the end of the tournament. If a player retires or is disqualified after teeing off, they are regarded as a loser. Any player missing the cut will be considered a loser. If all of the players miss the cut, the lowest score after the cut has been made will be the winner. If a player doesn't start they are regarded as a non-runner and a deduction will apply. Dead heat rules apply except where the winner is determined by a play-off.

Place Betting / Each-Way Betting

These markets will be settled according to the number of places in the market information. Dead heat rules apply except where a winner is determined by a play-off. If the venue is changed after the markets are opened, all bets will be void and the markets set-up again. If a race finishes with no runners or the race is declared void, all bets will be void. In ante-post markets, all bets on individual greyhounds stand whether the greyhound runs or not. All ante-post bets will be void if the competition is abandoned or the venue is changed.

Abandoned and Postponed Races

If a race is postponed / abandoned all bets, including ante-post bets, will be void. If a race is postponed but run at the same venue within 60 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets will stand.

In the event of a false start or similar incident resulting in a race being re-run, 'under starters orders' is negated and stakes will be refunded on horses taking no part in the re-run, with returns on the remaining runners subject to a deduction.

Ante-post

Ante-post betting is deemed to finish at the final declaration stage. Any bets entered into the ante-post market before the final declaration stage will stand whether the horse runs or not unless the horse is balloted out.

Bets matched on horses after they have forfeited their entry at an entry stage are void unless that race has a later supplementary entry stage. No BETBULL non-runner rule deductions are made to ante-post bets.

If a race is postponed or rescheduled to another time at the same venue and the conditions of the race do not change, then ante-post bets will stand unless entries are re-opened.

Ante-post bets are void if the race is officially abandoned or declared void or the conditions of the race are altered.

If BETBULL is made aware that a horse listed in an ante-post market has died, all ante-post markets containing the selection will be suspended. If BETBULL is satisfied that all the information presented is factual, the selection will be removed from the market and the market reactivated. BETBULL will void all bets on this market from midnight on the date of the death if believed appropriate. In the instance of a horse dying on the racetrack while it is entered in any of our ante-post races, BETBULL will void all bets on those ante-post races from the start time of the race in question. Where a horse dies on the track, while not engaged in a race (e.g. when going down to post), BETBULL will void all bets at a time of our discretion.

BETBULL reserve the right at any time to suspend the market for administrative purposes.

Please note: Occasionally horses can participate in a race but the racing stewards have deemed it will not be included for betting purposes. Place Terms

The number of runners in the declarations determines the number of place horses, unless non-runners become known. Match Markets

In a match market set up as Horse A versus the field, all bets will stand providing Horse A and at least one horse representing the field run. In a match market set up as Horse A versus Horse B, if one or both horses are declared non-runners prior to coming under starter's orders, all bets on that match will be void. If neither horse completes the course, the horse which has completed more of the course shall be deemed the winner. In the case of trotting races if both horses are disqualified all bets on that match will be void.

Total Winning Distances Bets

Total winning distances bets are on the sum of the winning distances from each race on one particular day at a race meeting.

The winning distance in a race will be the officially declared distance between the first two horses past the post that have completed the race and followed the correct course.

For the purpose of this bet the maximum distance on any individual race will be 12 lengths for Flat races, 10 lengths for Trotting races and 30 lengths for National Hunt races. For distances below half a length the following scale will be applied:

- Nose 0.05 length
- Short-head 0.1 length
- Head 0.2 length
- Short-neck 0.25 length
- Neck 0.3 length

If a meeting has three or more races abandoned or declared void, then all 'winning distance' bets, except those that have been unconditionally determined, will be void.

When only one or two races are abandoned or declared void 'winning distance' bets will be settled with a default distance used for each abandoned or void race. The following distances will be applied:

- Flat: 2 lengths
- Trotting: 2.5 lengths
- Jump racing: 6 lengths

In the case of a Walkover or no horse finishing the race the following distances will be applied:

- Flat: 2 lengths
- Trotting: 2.5 lengths

Non-Runner Rules and Deduction Factors

All horse racing markets displayed on BETBULL are subject to a Rule 4 deduction, in the event of a non-runner. The deduction factors are an adaptation of Tattersalls Rule 4 and take account of the differences between traditional and exchange betting. The deduction factors are in place to ensure the smooth and fair running of the horse racing markets on the exchange. BETBULL reserves the right to adjust deduction factors at any time.

All runners will have a Rule 4 deduction rate allotted to them from the opening of the market. This will be determined by BETBULL with reference to the Racing Post and other information sources. The rate for each runner will be published on the website at the time that the market goes live. The sum of the deduction rates on all runners at the opening of the win market will equal 100%.

As soon as BETBULL becomes aware of a non-runner in a race, that horse will be removed from the betting and denoted as such on the event card. All bets placed on the non-runner will be voided. If the race is in-running and a withdrawal is not possible due to a lack of confirmation, BETBULL reserves the right to withdraw and apply a deduction after the race.

In the Win and Each Way markets if the deduction factor of the non-runner is greater than 2.5%, the odds of all the matched bets on the remaining horses will be reduced by the amount of the non-runner's final deduction factor, and all the unmatched bets to Lay any of the remaining horses will be cancelled. If the non-runner's deduction factor is 2.5% or less in a win market no deductions will be made and no unmatched bets will be cancelled. In Place markets the deduction factor of all non-runners will be applied and the odds of matched bets on the remaining horses will be reduced by an amount equal to the non-runner's final deduction factor. If the non-runner's deduction factor is less than 4% in the place market no deductions will be made and no unmatched bets will be cancelled.

As a result of any non-runner, all the deduction factors on the remaining horses will be adjusted to reflect their improved chance of winning.

Example: Win or Each Way Markets

Horse A with a deduction rate of 15% is withdrawn and an order has been matched on another horse, Horse B, at odds of 5/1 or 6.00. The matched part on the horse at 6.0 is recalculated to reflect this (6.0 x 0.85 = 5.10). Therefore, Horse B's matched price is now 5.10. All other unmatched lay offers will be cancelled (providing the deduction factor is greater than 2.5%). All back bets (matched) will be subject to the same calculation, i.e. (odds of every horse x 0.85) All back bets (unmatched) will remain unchanged at the requested odds.

Points to note: Win markets

1) If deduction factor is less than 2.50 no unmatched orders will be cancelled.
2) Deduction factors are calculated on full odds 5/1 or 6.0
3) The deduction rate applies only to bets placed before BETBULL deems a horse to be a non-runner. Any bets placed after this time will not be subject to the original deduction.
4) Odds may be reduced further if other horse (s) are subsequently declared a non-runner(s)
5) If the combined deduction factors of 2 or more horses is 2.5 % or greater odds will be reduced as shown in the Example: Win Markets above

Points to note: Each Way markets

1) If deduction factor is less than 2.50 no unmatched orders will be cancelled.
2) Deduction factors are calculated on full odds 5/1 or 6.0
3) The deduction rate applies only to bets placed before BETBULL deems a horse to be a non-runner. Any bets placed after this time will not be subject to the original deduction.
4) Odds may be reduced further if other horse (s) are subsequently declared a non-runner(s)
5) If the combined deduction factors of 2 or more horses is 2.5 % or greater odds will be reduced as shown in the Example: Win Markets above.
6) If a non-runner reduces the number of places into another band, then the revised place terms will be applied to all bets in the market.

Place terms for Each Way Markets

See the relevant country's place betting rules for place terms for each way markets Example: Place Markets: Horse C with a deduction rate of 15% is withdrawn and an order has been matched on another horse, Horse D, at odds of 5/1 or 6.00. The win portion of matched bets will be reduced by 15% (win portion 5.0 x 0.85 +1.0 = 5.25). Therefore, Horse B's matched price is now 5.25. All other unmatched back/lay offers will be cancelled (providing the deduction factor is 4% or greater)

Points to note: Place markets

1) If deduction factor is less than 4.0% no unmatched orders will be cancelled.
2) Unmatched orders will not be cancelled when a horse is withdrawn in a place market.
3) Deduction factors are calculated on odds, not stake
4) The deduction rate applies only to bets placed before BETBULL deems a horse to be a non-runner. Any bets placed after this time will not be subject to the original deduction.
5) Odds may be reduced further if other horse (s) are subsequently declared a non-runner(s)
6) If the combined deduction factors of 2 or more horses is 4.0% or greater odds will be reduced as shown in the Example: Place Markets: above.

Please note you can set your own personal preference option regarding R4 calculations by clicking onto the My Preferences section of your account and amending accordingly.

Aggregate Deduction factors

If the aggregate deduction factor of 2 or more horses, whose deduction factors did not previously affect bets, reaches 2.5% or greater, all bets matched at that time will be reduced in line with this aggregated deduction factor

1. WIN / Each Way markets:

If the combined aggregate deduction factors of 2 or more horses is 2.5 % or greater odds will be reduced as shown in the example:

NR withdrawn at 1.5%:

. Matched bets not re-priced as deduction factor is less than 2.5%
. But sum of Deduction factors on runners is reduced from 100% to 98.5%

NR Withdrawn at 1%:

. 1% of 98.5% = 0.98%, + previous deduction of 1.5% = aggregate deduction factor of 2.48%.
. Aggregate deduction is less than 2.5% so Matched bets are not re-priced but the sum of Deduction factors on all runners is further reduced to 97.52%

NR Withdrawn at 0.5%:

. 0.5% of 97.52% = 0.49 + previous deductions of 2.48% = aggregate deduction factor of 2.97%.
. As aggregate is now at 2.5% or greater, all bets matched on this race up before the 2.5% or greater aggregate was reached, are now re-priced according to the aggregate deduction factor of 2.97%
. After the re-pricing, the sum of deduction factors on all runners has now reverted back to the normal 100%

2. Place markets:

If the combined aggregate deduction factors of 2 or more horses is 4.0% or greater odds will be reduced as shown in the Example: Aggregate Deductions

Example Aggregate deduction factors Place Market:

NR withdrawn at 2%:

. Matched bets not re-priced as deduction factor is less than 4%
. But sum of Deduction factors on runners is reduced from 100% to 98%

NR Withdrawn at 2%:

. 2% of 98% = 1.96%, + previous deduction of 2% = aggregate deduction factor of 3.96%.
. Aggregate deduction is less than 4% so matched bets are not re-priced but the sum of Deduction factors on all runners is further reduced to 96.04%

NR Withdrawn at 1%:

. 1% of 96.04% = 0.96 + previous deductions of 3.96% = aggregate deduction factor of 4.92%.
. As aggregate is now at 4% or greater, all bets matched on this race up before the 4% or greater aggregate was reached, are now re-priced according to the aggregate deduction factor of 4.92%
. After the re-pricing, the sum of deduction factors on all runners has now reverted back to the normal 100%
