The following rules form an agreement between 10Bet and its clients. By registering with 10Bet you declare your full understanding and acceptance of these rules.
- It is the client's responsibility to ensure his/her records are kept up to date -specifically: address, telephone number and payment/bank details.
- Clients must be at least 18 years of age in order to place bets. 10Bet reserves the right to ask for proof of age from clients and to suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided.
- It is the client's responsibility to ensure that their user-name and security details are confidential. In the event that a client is worried that this may no longer be the case, he/she should notify us immediately. Any transactions under the previous username will be the client's responsibility.
- Clients cannot cancel or change a bet once the bet has been placed and confirmed.
- It is the client's responsibility prior to placing a bet to check that the laws in their country concerning betting allow them to place bets.
- 10Bet is licensed to accept bets via telephone and electronic media under a UK Bookmakers Permit.
- 10Bet accepts bets made online or by telephone. Bets are not accepted in any other form (email, fax, etc.) and where received will be void - win or lose.
- 10Bet reserves the right to refuse/cancel any bet or part of a bet before the game starts without providing any justification.
- 10Bet reserves the right to void any or all bets made by any person or group of persons acting in an attempt to defraud us. If there is evidence of a series of bets, each containing the same selection having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, 10Bet reserves the right to make such bets void and suspend relevant accounts.
- Winnings will be credited to client's accounts following confirmation of the final result.
- 10Bet reserves the right to void any bet that may have been accepted when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet.
- Should funds be credited to a client's account in error, it is the client's responsibility to notify 10bet of the error without delay. Any winnings subsequent to the error shall be deemed invalid and returned to 10bet.
- Bets will be accepted up to the advertised start time. If a bet is inadvertently accepted which includes an event after its start time, the match will be treated as a 'non-runner'.
- Multiple bets that combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other. If such a bet is taken in error, it will be settled as two single bets (with the stake equally divided).
- "If bets" are settled in the order that they appear on your betting slip, until all the money set aside has been used. If the money staked or carried forward onto the next selection is insufficient to follow your instructions, then that selection will be settled in proportion to the amount available.
- 10Bet does not accept any responsibility for typing, human or palpable errors, which lead to obvious price errors. In such cases all bets will be deemed void.
- 10Bet will not be responsible for any damages or losses deemed or alleged to have resulted from or been caused by the Web site or its content - Including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or line failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content, or any errors or omissions in content.
- The maximum winning to any customer on any day for bets placed on this website is £100,000 or equivalent.
- 10Bet does not permit individual clients to create "duplicate accounts" (more than one account in any one currency). Any clients found to have created duplicate accounts will have their accounts suspended.
- 10Bet considers these rules to be fair. Should you need any advice regarding these rules, please contact us at csd@10bet.com .
- Any changes to these rules will be displayed on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to keep updated of any changes.
- We recommend that the cardholder keep records of all of the transaction information, games rules, cancellation rules, and payment methods in order to avoid any future misunderstandings.
- All bets will be processed once the bet has been placed and the acceptance confirmed.
- After money truncations are confirmed the customer will be able to play immediately.
- When an event is canceled, all bets referring will be canceled automatically and the related accounts will be refunded.
- The minimum amount for a bet is 1 currency unit.
Sports rules
Soccer
- All soccer bets apply to 90 minutes play. This includes injury time but does not include extra time or penalty shoot-outs, unless otherwise stated for the event.
Bets will be accepted up to the advertised kick-off time. If a bet is inadvertently accepted which includes a match after its kick-off time, the match will be treated as a 'non-runner'.
Dates and kick off times shown on the Internet are for guidance purposes only.
10Bet will use official match results as published by the Press Association or comparable authority. The results will also be confirmed by a secondary independent source. Following this, the relevant monies will be credited to a customer's account.
Bets will be deemed void, if the bet was placed:
- After kick-off, unless the selection is for an advertised "betting in running" event.
- On a match that is abandoned before 90 minutes have been played, unless the match is restarted or replayed within 24 hours at the same venue.
- On a postponed game, unless the game is played within 24 hours at the same venue.
- Prior to the market being revised accordingly if the venue for a match has changed.
- If the match result has been decided at a Conference within 24 hours at the same venue.
Basketball
- All NBA games must be played at least 43 minutes of play in order for them to have action.
- All European basketball or NCAAB or WNBA games must go at least 35 minutes of play to have action.
- Over time is included in the final result that determines the winning team and total score, unless specified otherwise.
- The relevant quarter/1st half must be completed for bets to have action. If a game did not complete but the quarter did, bets on the quarter are valid.
Tennis
- Outright betting: Bets stand even if the competitor does not compete.
- Match betting: In the event of a match being awarded to a player before the full number of sets have been played, all match bets will be void.
- Set betting: The full number of sets required to win the match must be achieved. Bets are void if the number of sets is not completed.
- Number of games in a set/correct score: Winning bets predict the number of games in a given set or the margin of victory in a set. If the set is not completed, all bets for that set will be void. If the match is abandoned after the completion of the set, all bets for that set will stand. A tiebreak is considered as one game for settlement purposes.
- In the event of any of the following circumstances taking place all bets will stand: A change of playing surface, a change of venue, a change from indoor court to outdoor court or vice versa.

Any bets accepted after a match has started will be deemed void, win or lose, apart from in-running bets.

On all live betting tennis matches a minimum of one set that is completed is required for the bets to be valid, the player that advances to the next round is the winner.
Ice Hockey
- All NHL games must start on the scheduled date for bets to have action.
- All NHL games must go at least 55 minutes of play for bets to have action.
- Any period of over time in NHL is included in the final result to determine the
winning team and total score.
Please Note: Final results for all European Hockey games and any other Hockey events (apart from NHL) do not include over time if played.
American Football
- At least 55 minutes of play must elapse for bets to have action, unless otherwise specified.
- Over time counts for all bets unless otherwise specified.
- Abandoned or postponed matches are void unless rearranged and played in less then 36 hours.
- For betting purposes, the winner of a game will be determined by the official result at the end of the game after regular time and any period of over time played. This does not include any post-game disputes by either team that may affect the final outcome of a game at a later point.
Baseball
Full time:
- All games must start on the scheduled date for bets to have action. If a game has been postponed or cancelled before its due date, all bets are deemed no action.
- All games must be completed (at least 9 innings) in order for bets to have action.
- Both listed pitchers must start in order for bets to have action.
First half:
- All of the first half innings (5 innings) must be completed in order for the bets to have action.
- Both listed pitchers must start in order for bet to have action.
Cycling
- Outright bets: Cyclist must cross starting line in the relevant race/event for bets to have action.
- Head to head: Both cyclists must cross the starting line for bets to have action. If both cyclists began the race/event and both did not finish it, bets will be deemed void and stakes returned. If both cyclists began the race/event but only one has finished he will be deemed winner for settling purposes.
- Cyclist final position over/under: In an event of a cyclist retiring or being disqualified the bets on this cyclist are considered a loss.
- Bets are settled according to results published at time of podium presentation. Any change in the result at a later point caused by disqualification, appeals etc. will not affect bets.
Handball
- All markets apply to regulation time only (60 minutes). Over time and penalty shootouts do not count unless otherwise stated. If the game hasn’t been played for the full 60 minutes all bets will be made void and stakes returned.
- Abandoned or postponed games must be played within 48 hours or all bets placed on individual match will be made void.
- In the event of a change in venue, all bets will be made void.
- Team goal scorer and top tournament goal scorer, over time will count. Penalty shoot-out goals do not count.
- Outright bets: The winner will be the team that wins the gold medal, unless stated otherwise. Bets are settled according to results published at the time of podium presentation. Any change in result at a later stage caused by disqualification, appeals etc. will not count for settling purposes.
- Race to points: Once the required number of points has been attained by either one of the teams, all bets stand regardless of later abandonment.
- Total number of points over/under: The full 60 minutes must be played for bets to stand. Over time and penalty shootouts do not count unless otherwise stated.
Motor racing
- Abandoned or postponed races are void unless rearranged and raced in less than 48 hours.
- The formation lap will be deemed as the start of the race for all drivers in motor racing bets.
F-1 RACING
- All bets are settled based on the results published by the FIA.
- Outright bets: Bets are settled by the number of points accumulated following the podium finish of the final Grand Prix of the season.
- Head to head matches: Both drivers must cross the starting line for bets to have action. If one or both drivers do not finish the race, bets will be settled by the number of laps completed by every driver.
- Handicap betting: A (–) handicap will be deducted from the drivers finishing time and a (+) handicap will be added to the drivers finishing time. Dead heat rules apply.
- Qualifying match bets: The driver achieving the fastest official qualifying time is the winner.
- Number of race Leaders: Driver who crosses the Start/Finish line first counts as a race leader.
- Most team points: Combined total points of both drivers within a manufacturer's team.
- Bets are settled according to results published at time of podium presentation. Any change in result at a later stage caused by disqualification, appeals etc. will not count for settling purposes.
NASCAR
- Driver must cross the starting line for appropriate bets to take action.
- Head to head matches: Both drivers must cross the starting line for bets to have action. If one or both drivers do not finish the race, bets will be settled by the number of laps completed by every driver.
- If a driver is replaced during the race, the replacing driver's position at the end of the race will count for settling purposes.
Bets are settled according to results published at time of podium presentation. Any change in result at a later stage caused by disqualification, appeals etc. will not affect bets.
Rugby
- All bets are settled on 80 minutes of play, unless otherwise stated. This includes any stoppage time but not extra time unless otherwise stated.
- Abandoned or postponed games must be played in the same rugby week (i.e. Monday-Monday) or all bets will be made void. In the event of a change in venue or team from the one advertised, all bets will be made void.
Snooker & Pool
- Outright bets: Non runner - No bet. Apart from ante-post bets on players who did not make it to the main tournament. These bets will be deemed lost.
- In the event of a match starting but not completed, the player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner.
- Handicap betting: If the statutory number of frames in a match are not completed, changed, or different from those offered for betting purposes, bets will be void.
- Dead heat rules apply to bets placed on the named scorer of the highest break in a tournament.
- Mixed games: Players actually not playing each other will be paired for betting purposes only. In an event of a tie bets will be made void. If the number of frames is not complete by both players bets will be made void.
Golf
- Once a player has teed off, all bets on him are deemed to have action. Player withdraw after having teed off will make proper bets loss.
- Outright bets: Non runner – No bet. The player awarded with the trophy will be the outright winner. Play- offs, if played, will be taken into account. Dead-heat rules will apply to the place part of each-way bets. If the tournament is not fully completed, as long as there is an official tournament result, all bets will stand, unless, no plays have been complete after bet was wagered or not taken in account for official result.
- Group betting: Non runner – No bet. The winner will be the player who is placed at the highest position at the end of the tournament. Any player missing the cut will be considered a loser. If all players miss the cut, the player with the lowest score at the cut will be the winner. Dead-heat rules apply except where the winner is determined by a play-off.
- Match betting (72 hole): All in compete or not. Prices are quoted for the golfer who will be at the highest position at the end of the tournament. If a player misses the cut, the other player is automatically declared the winner. If both miss the cut, then the player with the lowest score is the winner. If one player misses the cut and the other player makes the cut but gets disqualified, the disqualified player is deemed winner. As a price is offered for the tie, in the event of the two players matching scores, all bets on either player will be made void. If a tournament is abandoned for any reason, then all bets will stand, providing an official winner is announced and the player with the lowest score at that time is declared the winner for settling purposes.
- 18 hole - 2 ball betting: Players will be coupled to play a round together. The player with the lowest score at the end of the round will be deemed as the winner. A price for a draw will always be quoted. In the event where a Player withdraws after having teed off, the opponent will be treated as the winner if he completed the round.
- 18 hole- 3 ball betting: Players will be assembled to groups of three to play a round together. The player with the lowest score at the end of the round will be deemed as the winner. All players must tee off for bets to have action. Dead heat rules apply.
- Finishing position of player – over/under: A quote for the players finishing position will be made. You have to forecast if the player will be above or under the given position. At least 36 holes have to be played for bets to have action. A disqualified player is deemed to finish last.
- Handicap betting - If a player misses the cut, is disqualified, or withdraws during the tournament, then bets on that player will be settled as losers. Only the scheduled 72 holes count. Play-off holes do not count. If the tournament is shortened to less than 72 holes, then all bets on the Handicap betting market are void. Only the players listed on the Handicap list count for betting purposes. Dead heat rules apply.
Darts
- All games must start on the scheduled date (local time) for bets to have action.
- Outright bets: Non runner-'No bet' – In an event of a player who appears as a selection to be the outright tournament winner but does not open the tournament, all bets on him will be made void. Bets on outright selections that have started the tournament will have action.
- In match betting, if the match starts but for any reason is not completed - The player that progresses to the next round will be treated as the winner.
In set/legs betting, if the full number of sets/legs has not been completed, bets will be made void.
