RamJet Sports General Wagering Rules

- These house rules, in their entirety, shall apply to all wagering activities of RamJet Sports and its associated Call Center, except where otherwise indicated.
- RamJet Sports reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend these house rules at any time it deems appropriate.The decisions made by RamJet Sports regarding these house rules will be final and binding on all parties.
- Neither the customer nor RamJet Sports shall not commit, or purport to commit, the other to honor any obligations other than those which are specifically provided for herein.
- Official Nevada "Gaming Rules" shall apply to any rule or type of wager not covered by the rules and regulations shown herein.
- RamJet Sports reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any game at its discretion.
- In the event that any game is cancelled for any reason, RamJet Sports shall not be held liable for such action.
- Memberships in RamJet Sports shall be granted only to players 18 years of age or over.
- All winners of sports events are determined on the date of the event's conclusion according to house rules and conditions. For wagering purposes, RamJet Sports does not recognize suspended games, protests or overturned decisions.
- Internet account balances must be verified by the customer each time he logs into the RamJet Sports online sportsbook. Discrepancies must be verified at that time.
- Phone account balances will be verified by the sports' agent on the first call of the day only. Further account information, balances, or an explanation of discrepancies may be obtained by contacting the floor supervisor on duty.
- RamJet Sports reserves the right to recall any money paid on referral accounts which are subsequently cancelled or suspended.
- In the event that any customer knowingly and deliberately provides inaccurate or false account data, or otherwise attempts to commit fraud, said offense shall, at the sole discretion of RamJet Sports, result in cancellation of all related customer accounts, cancellation of customer membership, and the loss of all, or part of any balances.
- RamJet Sports is a licensed offshore company and, as such, is not required to report the winnings of individuals who bet with the sportsbook, to any government agency. It is the sole responsibility of winning players to report any winnings to their respective government customs or taxation departments.
- Since laws governing gaming vary throughout the world, it is the reponsibility of customers to ensure they are familiar with, and comply with, those particular jurisdictional laws and regulations affecting their own personal gaming activities.
- Players are required to provide their Account Number and Password when placing wagers over the phone, through the internet or while making account inquiries.
- These house rules constitute the entire understanding and agreement between RamJet Sports and its customers. In the event of any discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other version in any other language, the English version shall be up held.

Acceptance of Wagers
- All Internet wagers shall be considered final at the instant they are accepted by RamJet Sports.
- All phone wagers shall be considered final at the instant they have been posted electronically by the responsible wagering clerk.
- RamJet Sports reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager prior to its acceptance.
- Customers must identify themselves by a Customer Code and password prior to obtaining odds, placing wagers, or verifying account balances.
- Any wager made in excess of the customer's account balance shall be voided, except for any such wager approved in advance by RamJet Sports floor supervisors.
- RamJet Sports shall not be responsible for any clerical errors such as those which may be the result of faulty typing, or any other human error, when posting lines, odds, spreads or totals. It's obvious, if the Yankees line for the day is -170, it's natural a line of +170 is a human error.

Confirmation of Wagers
Phone Customers
- In all instances where the customer confirms the readback, even when the clerk has made an error, all wagers read back will be final. It is the customer's responsibility to detect and correct any errors made during the readback.
- the event the customer does not hear the readback due to technical difficulties, such as a disconnection etc., it remains his/her responsibility to call RamJet Sports at 1.866.517.8973 to confirm the wager, or otherwise advise the clerk of his decision. All wagers, which are interrupted in this way during readback, shall be entered exactly as understood by the wagering clerk. In the case of any subsequent discrepancy, the archived record of the transaction will determine the wager type and amount.(Our advice to you, that if you have any doubt of any wager placed, you should confirm the wager immediately by the checking your open plays on the Internet and/or contacting a wagering representative. Remember, it's your money and the call is toll-free).
Internet Customers
- All Internet customers must confirm their wager(s) by entering their individual passwords. All wagers made in this manner are final.
- In the event a customer confirms a wager he/she did not intend to make, he/she must immediately contact the wagering department at 1.866.517.8973, and the wager either shall be deleted, or treated as final, as deemed appropriate by the Lines Manager.
- Under no circumstances will RamJet Sports be held responsible for errors made by any Internet customer.
- It remains the customer's sole reponsibilty to check any pending wager(s) immediately after making a wager to confirm that he/she actually has confirmed it. If, after placing a wager on the Internet, the customer does not find his/her wager(s) in the Pending Bets file, it means that the customer does not have any valid wager(s). In effect, he/she has not entered the required password. To rectify any such problem, the customer must re-enter the wager(s) and enter a password. It is mandatory any internet wagering claim must be submitted with the related wager identification number displayed in the open wagers section.

Free Wagers
All wagers, defined as free wagers, may be placed only by telephone.

Bad Line Rule
- In the event that a player wagers on an incorrect line, due to human element, RamJet Sports has the right to refuse all and any such wagers prior to the start, during or after the event.
- RamJet Sports reserves the right to cancel any wager placed on an incorrect line.
- If a player has received a previous warning in regard to incorrect line wagering, or if the player is found to be in collusion with other players in order to take advantage of the mistake, all wagers will be cancelled, and the player's (s') account(s) will be closed.
- The above mentioned rules are intended as a guideline and are subject to change, and or interpretation, solely by RamJet Sports.

Settlement of Disputes
- All phone wagering calls will be recorded and used to settle all wagering disputes.
- RamJet Sports shall keep track by computer, recordings and archival records of all wagers, point and/or price changes, made prior to the start of an event, to help minimize errors and aid in settling disputes fairly.
- The customer is responsible to register any claims or disputes arising from any wager within seven days from the date of such wager.

Time and Location of Events
- To have "action" all sporting events must be played on the date and site scheduled, unless otherwise specified. If any event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved to another site, said change(s) will automatically constitute "no action."
- Winners and losers of those sporting events, based on time, shall be considered official after the following minimum times (minutes) have been played:
Football-NFL or NCAA - 55 minutes;
Basketball-NBA - 43 minutes;
Basketball-College - 35 minutes;
Boxing-Timekeeper's bell indicating the beginning of the first round;
Other sports (with official time limits); must play to conclusion (including overtime), or have at least five minutes left to play.
- Winners and losers of sporting events, that are based on the conclusion of segments of play, i.e., innings, shall be considered official after the following minimum game segments have been played:
Baseball (home team winning) 4½ innings;
Baseball (visitor winning) 5 innings of play;
Baseball (total runs wagers home winning) 8½ innings; and
Baseball (total runs wagers visitors winning) 9 innings.
- Note: After nine innings of play, if the game is called or suspended, the score shall be determined after the last full inning, unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the standing score when the game is called. The listed pitchers must start, or there is "no action" for bet's where listed pitchers are relevant (totals, run-lines, and listed pitcher wagers).

Wagers on Game Quarters
In certain football games, players may wager on individual quarters of the game, for example, 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th quarter. When wagering on these events, only points scored in the selected quarter count towards the outcome of the wager. That is, overtime scores shall not be included in any part of the score for any quarter.

Overtime Rules
- Overtime period scores count in the final score when wagering on game totals, unless otherwise specified.
- Overtime periods are included as part of the second half on half-time wagers, unless otherwise specified.
- Overtime does not count towards the sides or totals of the 4th quarter.

Customer Confidentiality
The personal details provided to RamJet Sports by any customer shall be held in strict confidentiality, period.

RamJet Sports-Liability
- RamJet Sports shall be liable for any legitimate loss or claim with respect to any valid customer wager.
- RamJet Sports shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, errors or omissions as a result of the failure of the computer or telecommunication, or any other data transmission system , or any part thereof; or due to an act of God, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance or act(s) of terrorism.
- RamJet Sports shall not be held liable for any act of the Government or other authority resulting in interruption of service or gaming operations, including , but not limited to, refusal or revocation of license, or withdrawl of consent.
- RamJet Sports shall not be held responsible for any interruption of service due to fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or industrial action of any kind.
