MajorWager moderator Clevfan spotted Linesmover's phone number on SBR's overview of 4SportsPicks.com which now uses the website, ForSportsPicks.com. The most recent scam from the 4Sports Group was through deposit-only F-rated betting sites PlayersBigWorld, Playing24Hours and SportsPlayingWorld. 4Sports moved these books with it from SportsCallCenter F.A. turnkey service before starting their own operation. Within months players were contacting SBR for help with over five-figures in total payout requests. 4Sports management, also management for Linesmover, told players they are only a service provider. 4Sports also serviced eWinner when it closed with player funds in 2004.

444Sports enters SBR Rating Guide with F rating under 4SportsPicks Group
This 444Sports warning comes one week after sister site Playing24Hours (SBR rating F) informed users it would be keeping all account balances. 444Sports players who question the book's management will be told that the operation is "only a call center that provides service to sportsbooks."
SportsCallCenter.com tells SBR it will take scam sportsbook websites Palacebet (SBR rating F-) and SportsPlayingClub (SBR rating F-) off-line and that the operations have already been closed. SCC states it is only a service center and tries to avoid working with dishonest books. SportsCallCenter, which has hosted these post-up scams as well as 4SportsPicks (SBR rating F) and e-winner (SBR rating F-) states it will no longer service post-up (deposit-required) sportsbooks.
SPC states it is "powered by Playing24Hours" (SBR rating F). Playing24Hours is another mirror site of PlayersBigWorld (SBR rating F) which has already stiffed users. Although SportsPlayingClub uses SportsCallCenter.com and the others are hosted on a different server and operated by former management of stiff books eWinner (SBR rating F-) and 4SportsPicks (SBR rating F), it would appear the two hosting facilities are working together or are one in the same. 4Sportspicks has previously used Sports Call Center SA servers and phones. | Related: Palacebet
When calling the customer service number on the website owed players are told that the book is no longer residing there and the call center no longer handles withdrawal requests. Office management claims they were only a service provider to the sportsbook and are now passing messages to the owner of PlayersBigWorld via cell phone. The book was built on the 4SportsPicks (SBR rating F)
website and server. SBR will investigate where the book is currently hosted and confirm any reports of payment. PlayersBigWorld entered the rating guide as an F rated scam operation
4SportsPicks closed with debts to both players and operating providers before eventually serving only credit players out of the SportsCallCenter F.A. facility. The sportsbook operator is soliciting players again under Playing24Hours (SBR rating F), SportsPlayingWorld (SBR rating F) and its latest sportsbook venture, PlayersBigWorld. PBW entered the rating guide at F today. Former players of 4Sportspicks and Ewinner (F rated sportsbook that shared offices with 4SportsPicks) are likely to receive phone solicitations.

11.05.2007 PalaceBet: Scam sportsbook ran by Scamdicappers and SportsCallCenter F.A.
Fake professional handicappers refer players to Palacebet. The player signs up at the site and sends his deposit to PalaceBet
. His balance is instantly controlled by the pro handicappers,
who are referred to by the book's customer service as "the player's Sports Advisors." The bettor is then promised a line of credit so he can bet larger sums on the "advisors' syndicate picks." He is told he must cover a $4,000 transaction cost for a bank wire from the touts to his account (which never occurs since the book simply adjusts the available balance in the software) and is promised it will be reimbursed to him upon cashing out. If the player is lucky enough to survive the "syndicate picks" that are designed to eat away his bankroll, he is asked to deposit another $4,000 in transaction fees before he can have access to his funds including the money he deposited. A player who complained to SBR is told he must pay $4,000 to keep his account active after winning $20,000. PalaceBet is hosted and serviced by SportsCallCenter F.A.
in Costa Rica and also services DreamWager (SBR rating D-)
. The operation briefly serviced 4Sportspicks (SBR rating F)
(until January 2007) and previously hosted defunct BigDaveSports
4SportsPicks (SBR rating F) deletes client’s account and confiscates funds. The player tells SBR that he disputed $600 in debits listed as casino losses and soon after was locked out of his account. 4SportsPicks management tells SBR that the player tried to cheat them out of the $600 and this behavior will cost him the winnings in his account (a previous withdrawal exceeded the amount deposited by player). The player estimated his balance to be $1385 before he was locked out.

4SportsPicks downgraded from F+ to F
Owner of 4Sportspicks (SBR rating F+) reportedly cleans out office in the middle of the night. The book is currently in debt to its service provider and may be looking for new hosting.
4Sportspicks’ (SBR rating F+) contract with service and software provider Capilleira has expired. Capilleira will no longer be servicing 4Sportspicks. 4Sportspicks has been offline since late November and is currently writing betting tickets by hand, as they have yet to obtain new software. 4sportspicks is also left without a Neteller account. They were previously using the Neteller services granted to Capilleira. Neteller confirms that 4Sports has not yet established a new account with them.

4SportsPicks downgraded from D- to F+
who has scammed many large players has reopened under WinBig.Biz (SBR rating F-). The owner goes by the name of Rex Freeman who has many online ventures. It is likely this scam operation will resume soliciting large bettors by phone. WinBig has obtained the services of Capilleira, who is the parent company of 4Sportspicks.com (SBR rating D-).
Crooks that owned stiff sportsbook Ewinner (SBR rating F-) also own the casino gaming site www.LuckyLotto.com. Players should beware of gaming sites using an accounting department called Central Deposit. CentraDeposit.com assures players that their funds are safe while taking deposits for these stiffs. Ewinner’s former software and customer service provider 4Sportpicks.com (SBR rating D-) bailed out all players with small balances. 4sports emailed those select players stating that they “made this decision to protect the integrity of our industry” yet players with large balances were turned away. Although 4sportspicks will acquire some customers from this book that they serviced and did not back, SBR has evidence that this was not a coordinated scam between the two ownerships. SBR reaffirms 4sportspicks grade of D-.
4SportsPicks (SBR rating D-) offers excessive bonuses on deposits up to $10,000. The 20% bonus and 1x rollover eliminates the book's commision and profit. They also offer reduced juice on select events. SBR recognizes an inability to turn a long term profit using this model and initiates the rating for this new sportsbook at D-.
