InstantActionSports (SBR rating C) has agreed to credit all players with unpaid balances who funded their 24SportsWeb (SBR rating F) accounts via eWallet. IAS formerly provided hosting and software to 24SportsWeb, before the sportsbook went off-line in January 2013. An InstantActionSports (SBR rating D+) payout complaint has been received. A player asked for a £2,500 payout on January 10th via Skrill. IAS addressed the delay with the user by claiming that it was waiting for a payment to post to the eWallet account before withdrawals could be processed. Three weeks later, the player has still not been paid and no new updates were given.  | Read more

Update to 24SportsWeb case

A player with an account at both Instant Action Sports (SBR rating D+) and 24SportsWeb has provided SBR with a payment receipt from Skrill which appears to contradict IAS' claim of never providing processing to 24SportsWeb players. The pay-from account in both IAS and 24SportsWeb payouts was exactly the same. IAS management has yet to address this.

24SportsWeb Sportsbook (SBR rating D+) remains off-line. On January 21st, SBR reported that the Costa Rica based sportsbook went off-line without word. Since that time SBR has confirmed that 24SportsWeb has unpaid hosting fees and is no longer stationed in the Instant Action Sports facility. A 24SportsWeb Sportsbook (SBR rating D+)  player reports that a $3,000 withdrawal requested October 10th via Skrill has not been paid. 24SportsWeb live support has been unable to provide a concrete update: the player says he has been told on more than one occasion that his funds should be received the following week. 24SportsWeb (SBR rating C-) has addressed the payout complaint reported by SBR on December 24th. Management confirms that their Skrill payouts have been delayed. SBR reported that a player owed $5,000 since September filed a sportsbook complaint. 24SportsWeb claims this player will be paid Tuesday of next week.  | Read more

A 24SportsWeb player submits a payout complaint. The player tells SBR that he requested a $5,000 payout via Skrill in the beginning of September 2012. 24SportsWeb allegedly promised the player on multiple occasions that his payout would be sent in one week. SBR is following up on this sportsbook complaint and will update this report.

24SportsWeb (SBR rating C-) has been battling a distributed denial of service attack for the last week. 24SportsWeb (SBR rating C-) is currently off-line. A player wrote to SBR with a payment complaint, stating that a $5,000 payment remains outstanding since the last week of April. The player points out that 24SportsWeb has been down for the last 48 hours, and has not given word on his payment status. The player holds a $21,000 balance with the sportsbook. SBR will update this report.

24SportsWeb player owed €5000 since early December

A 24SportsWeb (SBR rating C-) player submits a withdrawal complaint. The player states that he requested €5,000 in early December 2011 to Moneybookers. The player says that he was told initially that the delay encountered was due to the holiday season. The player claims he was given a date of January 8th to expect payment. No payment was made on January 8th. SBR is investigating this payment complaint.

24SportsWeb slowpay reports

24SportsWeb (SBR rating C-) owes four players $8290. The payment requests range from as early as June, with the rest requested in August. 24SportsWeb has stated to players that Moneybookers is 'no good' to use as a withdrawal option. One player agreed to accept a bankwire in its place and has yet to receive his funds. Another player was sent a check with a tracking number that shows no activity. SBR advises players to cease wagering activity with 24SportsWeb until outstanding balances are paid.
